Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

We did full spectrum experience. Don't feel it was worth the up charge last night VS the experience we had last visit. Meat service to the table was very slow, they appeared to serve the tables around us and was out or didn't stop (and yes the green tabs was turned up). Prime meats was only offered 1 time? Had to ask 4 different servers for mint jelly for the lamb ;-( Overall was not the best visit to this location.

Excellent Service !!! VIP attention from the girl who serves the cheese and pineapple. She already knows you when you visit she treats you with affection and always provides you with special service. Thank you!

Service was below expectations. I kept on asking for Picanha, everybody would tell me “Sure, I'll check on that” and it would not come. As I was waiting for Picanha, people kept on asking to remove my plate as I was not eating. Once again, I would ask for Picanha ... No birthday celebration I went there for my son's birthday. I was told he would get a dessert. After waiting forever for the meat, and nobody offering us that dessert, we got the check and left. Tables were too close to each other. Waiters kept on bumping on my wife's chair and she would have to move all the time. Table was wobbly and cutting meat would be a pain. For the premium in price, I expected a lot more. I always go to Passador in Alpharetta and wanted to try something different. This was way below the service/quality I get at Passador. I am crossing Fogo from the list!

This was my first dining experience at Fogo. I will not be back. Our server came by only twice the whole time. I paid for the full experience but only received best of experience and when I communicated that to the waitress she said I'm sorry. Would you like a cup of coffee on me? Not the kind of service I expect when dining for $300 meal.

Last night, I celebrated Friendsgiving with my friends at Fogo de Chão, and the entire experience was flawless. The service, the atmosphere, and every cut of meat were truly outstanding. Everything was a 10/10. Without a doubt, the perfect place to celebrate special moments. Highly recommended.

Beautiful atmosphere and the food was amazing. Will definitely go back soon. AND... The food was worth the money spent.

Our server Aniya didn't have people skills all the way. Luckily another server Diego stepped in and helped out and made our experience much better.

My experience at Fogo de Chao for my Mother's birthday was great! My parents had not been before and they were very impressed. My 8 year old picky eater was eating everything in sight! We had a fun time!

Food was great, ambience is good too. But the service could be improved by servers being able to smile to customers. I don't see alot of male servers smiling. Just the women. Maybe it's a macho thing but really, smile from male servers could really make a difference.

The quality has severely decreased over the last few years. We've been to Fogo De Chao dozens of times for anniversaries, birthdays and celebrations. This time it was to celebrate our Father's Birthday on a Sunday. The service was not as expected. Our server was not very attentive and we continually had to flag him down for refills on sides, drinks or other requests. I booked with OpenDoor and left a note about the Birthday. When we arrived, we reminded the front that it was our Dad's birthday but our server wasn't aware. The server also tried to upsell multiple sides and drinks despite us saying no multiple times. I completely understand that its their job but when you ask about drinks, appetizers or specials after we've said no multiple times it becomes frustrating. The meat servers are always the friendliest and most welcoming staff. This still continues to be true as they were truly attentive with requests on meat. However the food didn't match our usual expectations as some beef cuts were dry. I spoke to some family and friends about our experience and they shared the same sentiment about recent visits as well to this location. Not sure if there's an issue with management - would recommend avoiding this location for the time being.

Food options were very limited for the amount of money spent, the Atlanta location is much better in my personal opinion! Bread was cold broke my heart

They changed the menus and it definitely changed the experience.. some of the better cuts took extremely longer to get so you have to double up.

It was amazing. I'm just saddened that we didn't try all the meats. Despite being hungry when we arrived, there's only so much you can eat. The lobster tail was DELICIOUS and today, my fiancé mentioned it—not to mention, it ran across my mind too. Service was great, ambiance was as well. I genuinely have zero complaints.
