Staff was really nice! But the ice cream just was not good, and it had literal chunks of ice in it which was a bit strange. The waffle cones were burnt, so I opted for the cake cone, but those didn’t taste great either.
They have new flavors but not great service.I order nut explosion after placing they order she said they don’t have vanilla flavor. That was so disappointing. She could have informed ahead we would have ordered something else.
I am writing this in hopes they will correct a few things. The waffle cones were burned dark brown so I thought they had chocolate on them, when I was actually handed the cone the burned smell was very apparent and I asked the server about it but he just said they are made there. It was bad enough to affect the ice cream so I have the whole thing to my dog. I am still giving 2 stars because they have a good selection of unusual flavors. Hopefully they correct serving spoiled food and I can relate them 5 stars
The service is great. The staff servicing us was very kind and patient. It was our first time and the selection of flavors was awesome! Everyone loved their ice cream but the kids gave it four stars because they didn’t have birthday cake flavored ice cream. But I give it a 5/5, would come again
Went before 5pm on a Sunday and it was closed. Google says open until 8pm.
Staff was so sweet, but a lot of the ice cream had frost bite on it and tasted old. The shelves with items to buy had so many cute things on them. I'd definitely go there to buy a gift for a kids birthday party!
I was going to treat my mother to dessert and on google it said open until 9:00 and we got there at 8:46 and they were closed and it appeared they closed early to clean?
Great and different flavor varieties and they always have sweet and kind staff! I recently became dairy free and was a little sad that there weren't many dairy free options available aside from one or two sorbets. Definitely for dairy folks but good nonetheless!

The girl was really nice but didn't know how to make some things. She didn't know what kind of cookies that were there for the cow pies. 2 cow pies and one small cup of ice-cream cost 25! The ice-cream was good but too expensive.

Drove over 30 minutes to get here on Sunday just for them to be closed. Made sure to check their online hours because even though it says they’re open on Google, I’m aware that this isn’t something that all businesses can control. They’re website says they’re open from 1-8 on Sunday. Don’t have to worry about me trying to come back again.
19 bucks for 3 ice cream cones. 2 of which cake cone or kid cone? Won't go back here sorry.
Great ice cream! The Nutella cookie dough is amazing.
Weirdly places the blame for any criticisms on literally everyone else but themselves. Also if they’re unable to retain/hire employees that speaks to pay.Lastly, the fact that they’re hiring under-18s (“high school”) to run stores again speaks to pay and mild exploiting. Any robber will still try to rob even if there’s no money so that seems a bit of a cop-out as well.Is it cool that they’re like the only mostly gluten free place like this outside of the “hip” areas itp? Yes. Does this note spur my experience any? 100%
Nice selection of ice cream flavors. Staff is friendly. One gripe is the Nutella Cookie Dough hardly had any Nutella in it. I need the Nutella oozing out of there.
