I dined at Hyderabad House Atlanta and while the food was quite good, the overall experience was marred by the restaurant’s poor management. It was a typical Sunday afternoon and the entire place was packed, yet there were only two staff members handling all the serving duties. They were running back and forth between the kitchen and the dining area, clearly overwhelmed by the workload.It’s understandable that Sundays can be busy, but the lack of staff made the service painfully slow and disorganized. The wait time for food was much longer than expected, and while I felt sorry for the servers trying their best, it did take away from the overall dining experience.The restaurant would benefit greatly from better staffing and organization during peak hours. Nonetheless, the quality of the food was good, which is a redeeming factor. I hope to see improvements in their service in the future.

"I visited Hyderabad House today for lunch and had a mixed experience. We ordered chicken pakodi and chicken fry biryani. Unfortunately, the chicken pakodi lacked salt and spice, which was disappointing. I recommend informing the staff about your preferences to ensure a better experience. On the bright side, the chicken fry biryani was delicious with well-cooked, flavorful pieces of chicken. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it seems like the service has to improve. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's room for improvement."

Dined here for lunch with family and friends. Most of the items we got were delicious and tasted how they would be if I were dining in India. We got the medu vada, set dosa, chicken lollipop, Mysore masala dosa (was soggy), goat pepper fry, spicy chicken curry, paneer butter masala and chicken biryani. Nearly all of these were very good indeed. Their assortment of chutneys is addictive and pairs very well with South Indian entrees. Staff is prompt and hospitable. Would recommend this to anyone looking for authentic Indian food in the perimeter mall area.
