Normally don't complain but I went in to order two sandwiches today on 9/16 / 25 about between 10:45 and 11:10 a.m. I walk in the store there was one tall black guy and a Latino girl that was helping preparing the sandwiches. The Latino girl verbatim said hi, she did say hi and she followed with how can I help you? So I told her the two sandwiches that I wanted the black guy didn't greet then acknowledge or nothing he was standing there as well. So this caucasian or white guy walked in like 60 seconds right after me the black guy who I think is the manager immediately said welcome to Jersey Mike how you doing what can I get for you today? So I immediately very calmly said am I also welcomed.? At that point they both got very quiet throughout preparing and ringing up my sandwich. And I thought that that type of thing didn't exist as many times I go to Jersey Mike on my lunch break. This is the second time me having a bad experience at Jersey Mike's. The food is good but, I don't know they treat certain races different than others! As I said very unprofessional and I won't ever go there again and I normally go there on my lunch break at least once a week and I told all my coworkers to stay away as well as many people as I can.

I went in to this location today and Phil helped me! I have a food allergy and expected him to not be enthusiastic helping me. He took it as a challenge to make my sandwich dreams come true 😜 He was kind and accommodating! He took pride in his work and it shows!

Every time I choose this Jersey Mikes, I’m hoping for a different customer service experience each time but I’m left disappointed over and over again. In a past experience the worker was upset because they had to stop mopping in order to take my order even though there was 45 minutes left to close and was rude in taking my order. And today, I was met by another employee who was rude, short and annoyed with serving the customer. My order was simple, yet she kept repeating “that’s it” , “that’s it”. Rushing me through my order when there was no one else in the store with me. I will not beg a restaurant to take my money. I will no longer patronize this location due to rude interactions with those who work here.

I really appreciate the changes made at this store location. The new management is very professional. Customer service is top-tier. I didn’t have to wait long for my sandwich. Everyone greeted me as soon as I walk through the door and the sandwiches taste fantastic. I will be visiting the store location again very soon!

Lady behind the counter was incredibly rude to my family. It was almost like she was angry and bothered by having to help customers. Many other food options so we won’t be back.

Dietary restrictions: Staff are very accommodating, polite and professional, best customer service and best atmosphere of any sub shop around here.

Parking: Been here many times and staff are always polite, efficient and personable, overly accommodating, and the pepper spread is absolutely amazing

This Subway is a joke. It’s like the owner is taking a page out of Subway’s book. Hardly any meat on the sandwich! My wife used to stop there on her way home from a hard days work , only to get a sub with a skimpy amount of meat. This is NOT cool! We work hard for our money, and don’t need some greedy franchisee taking advantage of us! Needless to say, we no longer patronize this business

There's two ppl working in that store a guy and older woman customer service much be a thing of the pass because he surely didn't have any was on the computer when I came in after me being at the counter for a second he says are you picking up still on his computer I replied no he let out a deep sigh and said I'll be with you in a minute and then took my order... Didn't greet me leaving out either I guess the work on the computer was important thanks to the older woman for fixing my sandwich

The girl behind the counter was more concerned about FaceTiming with her friends while preparing food as opposed to waiting to do it after I left. The guy in the store was very professional and attentive to the customers in the store. I will not be back to this location. Do better. Pay attention while preparing food in front of customers

My wife and I go to our neighborhood JM about every two weeks and split a giant sub. Good food with fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Will be back soon!
