I went in to this location today and Phil helped me! I have a food allergy and expected him to not be enthusiastic helping me. He took it as a challenge to make my sandwich dreams come true 😜 He was kind and accommodating! He took pride in his work and it shows!

Every time I choose this Jersey Mikes, I’m hoping for a different customer service experience each time but I’m left disappointed over and over again. In a past experience the worker was upset because they had to stop mopping in order to take my order even though there was 45 minutes left to close and was rude in taking my order. And today, I was met by another employee who was rude, short and annoyed with serving the customer. My order was simple, yet she kept repeating “that’s...

I really appreciate the changes made at this store location. The new management is very professional. Customer service is top-tier. I didn’t have to wait long for my sandwich. Everyone greeted me as soon as I walk through the door and the sandwiches taste fantastic. I will be visiting the store location again very soon!
