Technically open at 11:00, because the front door is unlocked. But not really open for business. Ice machine has no ice, panini press isn't warmed up, so no toasted sandwich. Just not ready for customers at 11:00. Come later if at all.

Not freaky fast or regular fast. Just slow. Took 15 min when I was the only customer and ordered two sandwiches for take out at 2pm on a weekday (off peak hours). They often forget the sides if ordered. Everyone who has ever taken my order has to ask someone else how to do something, which is appreciated for accuracy but training should be improved. There’s also ALWAYS the same car parked out front blocking the curb. Overall, don’t recommend.

Def one of trashiest JJ’s I’ve been 2 I knew it was going to be messed up when I walked in we didn’t even get greeted and was the only ones in there with 3 workers behind the counter. Just said what would you have after a 30sec stare. Then they was stingy with the lunch meat. I sat down started eating another group of men walk in this time a different race.IMMEDIATELY GREETED I just laughed like wow

I called twice within the last week or so and you guys didn’t have drivers and tonight I called and you guys were out of bread and you guys close at 9 PM. This is at seven. Come on guys. Where is the service?

Placed an online order at 12:50. Didn’t get my sandwiches until 1:30 none of the sandwiches were made correctly. There was no ice in the drink machine. They gave me extra sandwiches which he then had to reopen each to figure out what was what since they weren’t numbered. They were turning people away at the door because they were going to be an hour for bread.

I hope the Jimmy Johns on Chamblee Dunwoody is happy. The Jimmy Johns brand just lost a customer for good. This sandwich is supposed to be a Beach Club. It has no meat and no avocado spread. Sooooo, I'm eating a cheese sandwich for lunch today!! This location is owned by the same owner as the one on Roswell Road, Sandy Springs that I reviewed a few months ago. Sad both locations suck so badly with their corporate office within a stones throw. Won't be spending money with this organization again. My order is the same every time I go to Jimmy Johns (I liked the sandwich that much) but these locations can't seem to do right. I'll bring my own Beach Club from home moving forward. Too expensive to not get what I asked for!

Called in an order went to pick up all 8 sandwiches, went to pick them up 45 minutes later and none were even started. I was asked to give them time and I said OK I'll be outside sitting in my car listening to Sinatra, 35 minutes later they came to my door, I laughed and and drove away I swore I would never go back to another JJ's. As President of a community of 232 townhouses I told my story to 2/3''s of the residents at our monthly meeting who took an oath never to go to a JJ's. It pays to tell the truth and head to Jersey Mikes, who has great customer service, with smiley people serving you like you are royalty and great service, my 8 sandwiches took them 9 minutes. I am retired from 37 years in Food Service, sous chef, executive cook and owned 2 restaurants in N.Y. and 3 here in Georgia all successful. JJ's you can't me any pit reason for your scattered brained people working your stores. I PREDICT that you will disappear in the next 5 years.

Live in the area/Work in the area - we come here a lot since the wife loves it. Last like 6 or 7 times the odd thing that keeps happening is our sandwiches are literally just bread, meat, and a whole bunch of lettuce...LIke no joke 6 or 7 times in a row now lol. I order mine with light mayo, add pickles and bacon, the club that has turkey/ham, lettuce, light onions, add oregano and shaved parmesan. She orders hers with ham, extra lettuce, mayo, mustard, tomatoes, and oregano - cut in half...and for some reason we just keep getting a sandwich with way more meat than usual, a ton of lettuce and nothing else. It sucks cause it comes out to close to 30 bucks worth of food(Heck the parmesan is extra). I've taken them back before to get them fixed but today I finally decided im not going back and we really don't even want the food at this point. Going to reach out to their corporate on twitter and file a complaint and leave it at that.
