Called in an order went to pick up all 8 sandwiches, went to pick them up 45 minutes later and none were even started. I was asked to give them time and I said OK I'll be outside sitting in my car listening to Sinatra, 35 minutes later they came to my door, I laughed and and drove away I swore I would never go back to another JJ's. As President of a community of 232 townhouses I told my story to 2/3''s of the residents at our monthly meeting who took an oath never to go to a JJ's. It pays to tell the truth and head to Jersey Mikes, who has great customer service, with smiley people serving you like you are royalty and great service, my 8 sandwiches took them 9 minutes. I am retired from 37 years in Food Service, sous chef, executive cook and owned 2 restaurants in N.Y. and 3 here in Georgia all successful. JJ's you can't me any pit reason for your scattered brained people working your stores. I PREDICT that you will disappear in the next 5 years.

Live in the area/Work in the area - we come here a lot since the wife loves it. Last like 6 or 7 times the odd thing that keeps happening is our sandwiches are literally just bread, meat, and a whole bunch of lettuce...LIke no joke 6 or 7 times in a row now lol. I order mine with light mayo, add pickles and bacon, the club that has turkey/ham, lettuce, light onions, add oregano and shaved parmesan. She orders hers with ham, extra lettuce, mayo, mustard, tomatoes, and oregano - cut in half...and for some reason we just keep getting a sandwich with way more meat than usual, a ton of lettuce and nothing else. It sucks cause it comes out to close to 30 bucks worth of food(Heck the parmesan is extra). I've taken them back before to get them fixed but today I finally decided im not going back and we really don't even want the food at this point. Going to reach out to their corporate on twitter and file a complaint and leave it at that.

This location makes good sandwiches, but our deliveries (we live about 5-10 minutes away from this location) usually take 30+ minutes to arrive. While this is a normal-ish delivery time frame, their "freaky fast" promise is definitely not upheld, especially since when I lived other places, the other locations were always very quick to arrive.

I ordered a sandwich from here for delivery. It never arrived. I called and spoke to someone who said they were the manager . They said it was delivered and refused to refund my purchase.

A week later, I ran into a neighbor who said they found my sandwich dropped in from of their door when they got back from vacation.

This suggestion to do a review just popped up on my screen, I don’t know what location or when, but never had a bad jimmy johns, been craving one for a week or more, I piece gargantuan cut in thirds, a now a later and a much later serving. Better than jersey mikes, onlyvoublix is better.

It is incredibly frustrating to order your food, wait patiently while others orders are being made, only to have customers walk in after you, order their food and get it before you.Don’t order online, they don’t make the orders in the order they are received, they prioritize in store orders…..

The service here today was not good. The guy working was definitely high. The other girl who was working was so stoned she looked like she was glued to the chair she was sitting in by the door. Made my sandwich wrong. Let off the tomatoes I ordered but added cucumbers that I didn't ask for. A turkey Tom doesn't even come with cucumbers. The second sandwich had no tomatoes and the extra onions was missing.

This place just misses the mark. Delivery is a nightmare. If it arrives, the order is wrong. Given them too many chance. Now the phone is off and nobody to help with a missing order.

Food was ready quickly and special order sandwich was made correctly. We have another Jimmy Johns closer to us but we don't mind the extra few miles as orders are made quickly and correctly.

Desmond took my order on 1/27/24. Ordered a beach club which is supposed to come with avocado and it did not. Acted annoyed that he even had to do his job. This location needs to hire more competent people. At least make the sandwich as the menu specifies. If you don't want to do your job, work somewhere else.

Very rude and unprofessional and it took them an eternity to make it. When I walked in to order, the cashier was rude and looked like he got 40 minutes of sleep the night before. The food was dry and they even forgot some of the ingredients that I asked for. At that point I said not even worry about it and walked out.
