It is incredibly frustrating to order your food, wait patiently while others orders are being made, only to have customers walk in after you, order their food and get it before you.Don’t order online, they don’t make the orders in the order they are received, they prioritize in store orders…..

The service here today was not good. The guy working was definitely high. The other girl who was working was so stoned she looked like she was glued to the chair she was sitting in by the door. Made my sandwich wrong. Let off the tomatoes I ordered but added cucumbers that I didn't ask for. A turkey Tom doesn't even come with cucumbers. The second sandwich had no tomatoes and the extra onions was missing.

This place just misses the mark. Delivery is a nightmare. If it arrives, the order is wrong. Given them too many chance. Now the phone is off and nobody to help with a missing order.

Food was ready quickly and special order sandwich was made correctly. We have another Jimmy Johns closer to us but we don't mind the extra few miles as orders are made quickly and correctly.

Desmond took my order on 1/27/24. Ordered a beach club which is supposed to come with avocado and it did not. Acted annoyed that he even had to do his job. This location needs to hire more competent people. At least make the sandwich as the menu specifies. If you don't want to do your job, work somewhere else.

Very rude and unprofessional and it took them an eternity to make it. When I walked in to order, the cashier was rude and looked like he got 40 minutes of sleep the night before. The food was dry and they even forgot some of the ingredients that I asked for. At that point I said not even worry about it and walked out.

Freaky slow the last three times I have been here. I have ordered both at the store and online for inside pickup. I go around 1pm during the week when the crowds die down, but that does not seem to help. Most of the time I am first to order with 2 or 3 people waiting on their sandwich getting made. Each time in store I have waited about 10-15 minutes for my sandwich. When I ordered online, I was notified that my sandwich should be ready for pickup. It took me 10 minutes to get to the store, then I waited another 10 minutes for them to complete my order. They forgot to add hot peppers and I had to remind them about the pickle. Needless to say the service could use a major improvement. The food is as expected when ordering from Jimmy Johns. Can't go wrong with the gargantuan, add salt, pepper, and hot peppers. Their seasonal wraps are also delicious. My wife swears by the wheat bread as well.

Delivery driver working 6/11/23 is a moron who can't even deliver food for a living. forgot my drink and i was told he would be bringing it still as They didn't offer a refund and after 3 hours i still didn't get my drink. I called back and was told he just left again, but with no drink (probably forgot someone elses too) I will be coming in to collect the 2.49 this crap establishment stole from me. Incompetent and slow is the best description (mentally and physically). Freaky fast my a**

This location deserves a ZERO. We order lunch and the order was incorrect. The sandwiches was dry as HELL. When trying to get the issue resolved with the so call manager, he was belligerent, disrespectful, and unconcerned. When asking for the District Manager phone number he stated “Google IT”. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS ONE EVER AGAIN. Whoever is the franchise owner should be ashamed for having someone represent them with this type of attitude.
