I had heard ads for Jimmy's on the radio. As it happened I went there on a blind date because my date was in Norcross and I was in Marietta. So it was a great in between spot. The service and food were outstanding! The menu truly offers something for everyone whether you're a meat and potatoes guy like me, or a vegetarian. My date of as a success and we'll be back again.

Table for two, our server was friendly and awesome. Let's talk about your so called Texas margarita, that was some juice or it got be the weakest Margarita ever. Ordered two large Texas margarita and it came out looking like we ordered two different drinks, it even tasted different. Lack of consistency and most importantly lack of Tequila.

Our waitress was awesome, they need work with the people that seat you. Kinda rude. We asked for menus and was told they did have them, but they had just given the table next to us actual menus. Once we pointed it out, we got some.

Iced tea was terrible. Asked for sweet and had to have first serving replace. Next was a little better but still bad for sweet tea. Others at table didn't bother replacing. My shrimp in a cocktail were tough and tasteless. Wife's salmon was fair and not worth finishing or taking home. French fries were just OK. Best thing was kids chicken tenders.

Arrived and was seated quickly..... that's the only positive thing I can share. Did not get to experience the drinks or food due to no server came to the table. (Left)

I'll try to be as objective as I can: my wife and I made a reservation. We arrived and were seated. No one came to our table for the next 15 minutes, although several staff members passed by several times: no silverware, no menus, nothing. A waiter brought chips and salsa after about 15 minutes. I asked to see a printed menu. He said we had to scan a QR to see the menu. I noted I'd seen someone at the bar with a printed menu (at 47 years old, I'm afraid my eyes are going and I can't see the menu on a phone). He said that the printed menu was only for the bar. I was already displeased by being ignored for so long, so I told the waiter to forget it and my wife and I left. (I must admit that the family at the next table, whose small children were running around the restaurant and squealing loudly--while the father took video of them proudly--exacerbated my bad mood, and that this cannot be blamed on the restaurant management. Were it my restaurant, however, I certainly would have politely asked the family to reign in their kids.) After reading about Jimmy's on Open Table and seeing their feature on "Atlanta Eats" I was looking forward to eating there, and hopefully finding a new, casual restaurant to enjoy. But given my experience I'm fairly certain my wife and I will not return.

I forget how much I LOVE this place. The food is always good and the menu is big enough where I can try something a little different each time. This time I had the fried whole snapper. I don't know what's in the sauce but it's AMAZING and the portions are always so generous. See you guys again soon - keep up the great work!

We made a reservation on here & when we arrived they told us they were closed. The hostess was not friendly or sympathetic. It was such an inconvenience they need to update their online reservation system.

Truly great food. Was worried about the service after reading reviews but ours was top-notch. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and it was very loud because there was a live band. They were good but impossible to talk over. Everyone seemed happy being in the restaurant. It was lively and the margaritas were the best I've had in ages.
