I have lost all faith, I use to frequently order from this Marcos location on Friday’s only. They have never failed to send an order with missing items, I got into the habit of calling to advise on remembering to provide all items ordered, and still they never deliver. I ordered for the last time recently, and of course, items were missing and they decided to cater to their roots and send an unsliced pizza.

Believe the reviews!!! HORRIBLE customer service. I work literally two min from this location and usually they are pretty good. This night i was at work and ordered as usual. Order pizza and a salad. I always order double or triple the croutons bc they make them homemade in oven and they are sooo good. Long story short i get my food pizza looks awesome, salad is made incorrectly and NO CROUTONS. Like i don't even want the salad if there are no croutons. You would think if someone orders double croutons that must mean they really like them. I would have expected a call if you had not a one crouton to serve. Inside i get an excuse about truck not coming with bread order. Who cares, unfortunately i paid with cash so i couldn't get instant refund manager MARCUS says i can just call and get a salad free next time I'm at work..... AND..... Of course I'm here at work today and I'm like let me order a pizza and oooou I can get my salad. But this time i call to make sure they have croutons and they do but T says bc MARCUS ISNT THERE TODAY and he failed to notate my order i can call back on Tues which is my off day. Wont be providing any more business to this location. Nor will any of my coworkers.

I’d hate to write bad reviews but the customer service system is nonexistent. Also, what happened tonight just isn’t acceptable and honestly I don’t think it will ever get properly handled so here we go- I just picked up my pizza today from the store and I’ve had the worst experience post the pickup. I’ve ordered a medium works and when I got home the box was completely soaked through so I couldn’t even properly carry it inside the house. When I opened the box the bottom of the pizza was completely soaked through it was wet, gross, and just not edible. I’ve called the store and told the employee what happened and he just scoffed at me and said the grease from the peperoni caused it. His tone was like “so what?” So now I’ve completely lost my appetite due to the gross pizza and the worse attitude I got over the phone. I’m going to stay away from Marco’s, and never going back, especially to this location on 4511 Chamblee Dunwoody location.

I stopped ordering from Marcos because the app is sketchy and no longer the efficient tracker like the previous app. Also, every time we've ordered a salad we've gotten food poisoning. The last 2 times we ordered online, it told us it would be 45 minutes, which is fine, but both times it was an hour and 45 minutes or longer. I could've gone to a restaurant, been seated, eaten, and been home faster and we never order on a sports/holiday night or an extremely weather awful night. The time immediately after the app changed, the delivery was over 2 hours, the driver forgot a pizza, it said he delivered it 20 minutes prior to it actually reaching out door incorrectly. The price point, wait time, and sketchy app have made us break up with Marco's.

I am not leaving a bad review because I like to order and eat from here. I want to leave a review for management to acknowledge their understaffing issue. It is inappropriate for one guy to bust his tail on a Saturday night. Please rectify this labor issue. One man can not run phones, register, online orders, make pizza, clean stations.Please acknowledge this man and his ambitions and REWARD his attention to run your business.

Just picked up a pizza I ordered via app. When I got there, I waited 20+mins past promised time. When I asked about it, one guy told me it wasn't ready,but immediately another guy handed me a box with my name on it. It was the wrong pizza but I didnt realize it until I got home. When I got it out of my car, there was half an inch of grease on my car seat. It was so greasy, the pizza was soggy and not edible. I tried calling them to tell them they gave me wrong pizza so they knew someone else was probably picking up wrong order, but they put me on hold before I could get a word in.

I saw that this place had bad reviews, but I hadn't had pizza in a while and I was in the little shopping center, and didn't feel like getting Subway. Also, I saw some writing on their window advertising a one-topping pizza for $9.99 and figured even if pizza's bad, it's still pretty good.Turns out this wasn't bad pizza. Better than QT and Little Caesar's. Better than Domino's (with the exception of their hand-kneaded deep dish, or whatever). Generous with the pepperoni, which had a nice cup and curl. A good sourdough and cheese aroma, good consistency, and the cold pizza has made for good leftovers.I should mention, I suppose, that in one of my first three jobs (all cooking), I made pizza for a local place back up in Maryland, so I know the process and the product.This is a take out place - most people are picking up. They don't need decor. I guess the fact that they didn't take Apple Pay was a minor inconvenience, and there isn't someone waiting at the front to take orders, but I'm sure they mostly come in electronically or on the phone. Walk-ins like me would be rare. So I'm not discounting at all for the sparse interior (I waited the 15-20 minutes in my car rather than sit on one of their padded benches) or the service. It's not relevant. What is relevant is the quality, which was fine, and the value, which was good.

Placed an online order for delivery 2 hours from when I placed it. Food has still not arrived, 1 full hour after I was told it had arrived. When I called 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be delivered, I was told that it had not left the store left; of course that information came after being on hold for 9 minutes.When food did arrived, to no one’s surprise, it was cold and a salad we had ordered was not with the order. The driver said that we should contact the store.

I loved everything about Marco's!This review is based on customer service! I went to get a deluxe pizza XL, tried to pay for it twice three times. Not sure why the card wouldn't work. Pizza total $21 & some change. A guy & son came in when i was having trouble & both the worker & the customer decided to split my bill so i can have the pizza & was brought to my car & was told happy holidays! I could never be so thankful around this time. The Pizza was hot & tasty & although the store isn't as pretty they have the best pizza on the block. All the meat & cheese running off and melting in your mouth!

Bad service is open until 12 I took the trouble to look for my family and drive to the place to be told that it is closed it was only 10pm when I arrived

ordered take out - got charged $0.69 for sauce that was omitted from the order. Don't mind paying but would have been nice to get what I paid for.....
