Haven't been to a Marlow's in a long time and forgot how dark it is in there. Especially on a sunny day. The food was very good. I had a chicken panini with a Cesar salad. Not sure I needed the Termpura mozzarella, but it was good ? Really my only complaint was the fact that our server took our order and disappeared. People we coming in after us and leaving when it wasn't too crowded, so we had to go ask for it. We do appreciate the fact that they tried to rectify it by discounting our meals.

Pretty similar to every Marlow's location. An interesting take on shrimp and grits, but drinks and sides were great.
I just finished celebrating my 55th birthday, which will be on this coming Monday at Marlows Tavern, and we really had a blast!

tried the Dunwoody location a while after the one at the prado closed. Ordered starters which were ok but was shocked when the bill arrived and had been charged $11.00 for shots of "well" bourbon. Got every excuse under the sun but none that explained charging double for what most bars charge. A ripoff like this is a deal killer for me
After a bad experience in 2018, I felt that time could change things, and went to this restaurant again with a group of people a few months ago. The service and food was good. I called the restaurant in Dunwoody today (2/19/24) to make a lunch time reservation for 12. I was told they could not seat that many people together. I stated I had been to that location previously with 12 + and we all sat together. The manager came to the phone and told me that I must have been somewhere else. I know where I was, and I was at Marlow's Tavern in Dunwoody. He told me it simply could not be done, and instead of offering any other options (I later found out from a friend that they can seat large groups outside), he chose to argue with me and say they could not accommodate us. I admit I did not handle myself well, and I argued back. Bottom line, it could have been better. Our group is now going somewhere else.
