I can always tell when Adrian not there because the food is always poorly prepared when he’s not there! And it’s such a huge disappointment considering the fact I spend nearly 20 bucks every time I order.

I had a pleasant experience the first and third times I visited. However, the second visit was chaotic. The service was running super late on orders, even though plenty of plates were ready. I think they were short-staffed, but it was a mess. Now, coming to the good part: I loved the whole chicken. They could’ve added a bit more seasoning to the peri chips. The garlic bread was nicely made, and the Portuguese rice was good, though it was super cold. My favorite was the peri-peri wings—they were delicious. I enjoyed the chicken thigh sandwich as well. This place is better for hanging out with friends than for a date.

As a person who worked at Nando's in the United Kingdom for many years, my standards are pretty high. I think things definitely need to improve in the Atlanta location. Employees need to be trained properly to deliver the best customer service. I saw many dirty tables even when it was not busy at all. Chicken was juicy and tender; peri chips should be hot and fresh, but unfortunately, each time they were warm, not hot. I was also disappointed that corn is seasonal. I was really looking forward to it!

As a vegetarian, I wasn't expecting much out of Nando's from our team outing there. They do have a couple of vegetarian options, but in my opinion, they tasted so-so. The burger was okay, but the Portuguese rice had too much turmeric in it. The service is good, though, and even if the place is small, it has a good atmosphere.

Friend told us we had to go here and it didn't disappoint. Service was great and food was hearty and excellent. Lots of different options to try with the chicken being good (as-expected), but the sides also being very good. My favorite sauce was the Wild Herb with some of the Hot mixed in.

The food wasn’t bad, it was hot, fresh and tasteful. But it’s not somewhere that I would request to visit again if that makes sense. It was average food. I feel as though it’s a little overpriced for what you get. There’s a parking garage, so parking is ample. Patrons can use the stairs or elevator to get to the establishment, located on the 2nd floor. I visited on a Monday night so they were on the slower side and there wasn’t any wait to be seated. You can sit outside covered or uncovered as well as inside. I did love the decor and vibe of the place! Once seated, food and drinks are ordered via a QR code. There’s a water station with napkins, utensils, and sauce available. So it’s more of a self-serve place. The waiters/waitresses are not going to check on your table, so be prepared to either stop them as they scurry by or order via the QR code. But if you have to stop them, they were nice and responsive so that was a plus.
