I had a pleasant experience the first and third times I visited. However, the second visit was chaotic. The service was running super late on orders, even though plenty of plates were ready. As a person who worked at Nando's in the United Kingdom for many years, my standards are pretty high. I think things definitely need to improve in the Atlanta location. Employees need to be trained properly to deliver the best customer service. I saw many dirty tables even when it was not busy at all. As a vegetarian, I wasn't expecting much out of Nando's from our team outing there. They do have a couple of vegetarian options, but in my opinion, they tasted so-so. The burger was okay, but the Portuguese rice had too much turmeric in it.
