One hour waiting, soup was cold and food never came

The service was horrible. Waited so long to place drink order we had to go up to hostess desk. They said they would find somebody. That took 10 min. Placed our drink order that took another 20. Staff was friendly but seriously lacking service skills. Our reservation was at 6pm. Never got out til 8:20. There were 3 of us! We won’t be back and if you go leave yourself a few hours

This is my second time. The first time was to meet a friend during happy hour, drinks and apps. This time around it was for a family birthday celebration. The atmosphere is nice, but can be loud because of the open layout. There is a sizeable outdoor space/deck but that's very much dependent on weather. Right now in the summer, that's a no go.
I like the idea of the resturant, open view to the kitchen, a one page menu that doesn't kill you with options. Unfortunately we found the food and service to an issue. Nothing actually wrong with my server, but from when we were seated to when the first item hit our table was alost 45 minutes. The drinks from the bar too an exceptionally long time to arrive. Granted there was a happy hour group, but even then I'm not certain how long my wife's drink was sitting at the bar before the manager had to walk it over.
We went back and forth on kids meals, but finally decided to order the cheesburger for all 3 kids. I think the restaurant should really rethink this item on the kids menu. Our server asked us how we would want it prepared with an inclination towards well done, sure. What was delivered was a burger that was more charred than well done. The burger bun was grilled pizza dough (I'm assuming). But when you take a char grilled bun and add it to a well done/charred burger what you get is a very bitter meal for a kid. Our kids normally do ok with burgers, at first we didnt' know what was wrong until we took a bite. I think if you covered it up in enough ketchup maybe ok. But it was bitter even by adults standards. Considering how long it took for the food to arrive, we didn't bother complaining about the dish. The adult entrees were ok, I would say priced up too high for what as delivered. My scallops were well cooked, maybe abit to heavily seasoned but I read reviews that this particular location had gotten complaints of underseasoning, so they probably have over compensated. It was interesting that the scallops were very hot but the risotto was actually room temp, so plating need better timing.
One observation, the dishes all lean towards salty/bitter more. Which is ok for adults, maybe not so much for kids. I thought the kale spinach side dish needed more balance bitter, salty, no acid to balance the oil. The panna cotta was fine, but again with a hint of saltiness. I'm a fan of a plain panna cotta with an accompanying hint of flavor, the salt kept throwing me off. The most successful item of the night were the donuts. Well fried, the dusting of sugar was good considering my earlier comment that the menu leans towards salt/bitter.
I want to like the restaurant, but I probably wouldn't bring my kids again.

First time here. My Pork Milanese was decent. The pork on it's on was dry, but with the arugula, pepperoncinis and pickled onions was better. The soup of the day was ok but it felt more like a heartier soup for the fall. The meatballs were outstanding! The butter cake was mid at best. We would come back and try a few different things. And we felt like the pricing was very reasonable.

24th anniversary. Mentioned on open table and told server. No recognition.. no “surprise “ dessert. Then time to pay with a $100 gift card won at a non profit auction. They claimed it had no value ( could have been fault of mgr that donated to the charity but..) So we ended up spending $100 more than we thought and though on site mgr was apologetic, we still paid for all of our meal and apparently got scammed on a charity auction
Thankful for the hospitality and flexibility offered for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We were a large party and wait staff, management accommodated us well. Top notch service is sometimes hard to find in Atlanta so much appreciated!

We had an amazing time here! Their drinks were super cute and tasty, with great mocktail options as well. We got an appetizer, 4 entrees, and 4 desserts (we couldn’t make up our minds!) - not a single bad bite amongst any of the dishes. Our server, Liv, was freakin’ awesome - she was very attentive, with great recs and wonderful tableside manner. Would definitely return here!

I had eaten at this restaurant previously and ordered an item that on the menu had pine nuts in it. Previously they made the dish without the nuts for me as I indicated I have an allergy to nuts. This time on July 4th, I ordered the same thing and they let me sit at the table for 40 minutes before they came to tell me that they couldn't take the nuts out. I expressed my disgust with this absolutely terrible service letting me sit there this long. I ordered another item, a pizza and asked that they make it with very light amount of cheese. It still had a lot of cheese. I was with another friend and had been there previously with a different friend. This restaurant has now lost 3 customers with this awful service.

$24 will get you a very small portion of some bland white lasanha topped with some meet that resembles the barbacoa from Chipotle.
For an extra $2 you’d get a huge portion of pretty much anything from the Cheesecake Factory, that’s lunch and dinner right there.
I’m never eating here again.

We have been there before and it has been o.k. This time it was terrible. Service was slow and it was always someone different coming to our table. I ordered a pesto pasta dish with chicken and the chicken was nowhere to be found. When I complained, the waitress actually started turning food ony plate to show me the 3 shreds of chicken. This costs the same as the parmesan chicken that someone else ordered that has 2 big pieces of chicken breast and the same amount of pasta that I got. I returned the dish and they brought me a menu so I could order something else and then never came back. Since my companions were done eating, we just asked for the check. Had to laugh when the server brought the check and said he hoped we enjoyed our meals. With all the good Italian restaurants in the area, we won't be going back to this one.

The service was deplorable. Our waitress was extremely rude and nowhere to be found the entire dinner. It was slow, ambience was bad.
