Waiter took us straight to a dirty booth. Had to ask waiter to wipe off the dirty table and booth seats twice at 2 different booths because they switched tables...smh

This place has been here for at least a couple decades. Certainly they've had their ups and downs but my visit a couple weeks ago was stellar. The food was cooked right and the service was splendid.

My wife and I enjoyed our lunch even more because of the wonderful service by Dayanna, Daija, Aiden and Cassandra. The food came fast and hot. All in all, a great experience. Olive Garden should be proud to have such a talented young staff representing them. Well done. G-d bless you and your business.

Disappointing Experience at Olive Garden

I usually enjoy Olive Garden, but this visit was a disaster. Our server completely forgot our order, leaving us waiting way longer than expected. When the food finally arrived, it was poorly prepared, and not even close
to the usual quality. No apology, no effort to make things right—just a bad meal and bad service. Definitely not worth the time or money.

The only reason my visit actually turned out well was because of Jalen. He was attentive! Checked on me multiple times, which I truly appreciate. I originally wanted to sit at the bar but the bartender asking me if I wanted a menu with no hello or how you doing was a major turn off. Even the host was acting as if she couldn't speak or say hello. I'll definitely travel up to the location in Smyrna. Every time I try to give Dunwoody Olive Garden a chance it's just disappointing!

I love the food it's delicious

Great value. We sat at the booth in the bar. The breadsticks were fresh and the service was fast.

The service is touch and go at sometimes, we seem to get wait staff that will complain to customers about being shorthanded. I understand that sometimes the food service industry can suffer heavy turnover but it is unprofessional to vent your frustration to your customers.

The guy that took my to order was very nice but the girl at the bar was the worst, we were sitting at the bar for at least 5-6 minutes and nobody came to ask us if we wanted to see a menu or order anything to drink. The worst customer service I've ever had at this location and I will definitely not be going back.
