I love Panera especially sandwiches. My only issue is with online delivery and service. Usually order to my place take 20 to 30mins max. But sometimes they tale over an hour to get things going. Also we have received wrong orders.

The staff was very nice and friendly ! My order which I paid an extra $5 for was wrong and portions were not good. Definitely a long wait time. This Panera location is not clean either.

The dirtiest Panera I have ever been too. Stains and food all over the floor and tables. Salad and toppings were ice cold. I picked up my food to go and my stomach turned immediately when I seen how dirty the inside was. 0/10 do not recommend. If the common area is dirty imagine the back.

I received an order through uber eats that included a brisk raspberry tea. They really had the nerve to give me a heavily watered down version of it. If they were out, subsituting it for something else would've worked. Now I'm disappointed.

For my first time ever having Panera Bread, my food was amazing. I ordered the French Ciabatta Dipper.
Terrible service! DROPPED my to-go sandwich on the ground after being 20 minutes late, picked it up and pretend nothing happened and still managed to ignore me standing next to the take out section for another 5 minutes until I had to ask a random employee to pass it to me!!! Got home and figured out they gave me a wrong sandwich and cherry on the top, there is NO chicken in the chicken sandwich.

The oldest Panera I ever seen, haven't been renovated for years. No order panel to see where your order is. I waited 10 minutes before I knew they hadn't worked on my online order of one bagel yet. Nobody talks to me to help me. ,Then, the manager is a little short with me on who can help me.
