I stop by regularly whether it be to study or get food to go. Bernice is typically at the register when I stop by and she is very nice and friendly. Food is always pretty good and quick. Seating is normally pretty clean.

I called the store and spoke with the GM named Carolin Leaks she was extremely rude and non-chalant attitude extremely embarrassing and poor reflection on Panera Co. I placed an app order and called ahead to simply asked for tomatoes on side she answered and asked for my name I provided it she hung up on me twice then when I arrived there were no tomatoes at all in bag and cashier was so nice and helpful young lady named Kathy. Carolin needs to be removed from the face of Panera or anywhere.

They were out of a lot of their breads. Panera "Bread" is out of bread. Multiple types of bread. Huh? That's like Waffle House being out of waffles. I drove all the way up there just for their ham & gouda sandwich, but they were out of the baguettes. Not really caring about the type of bread, I asked the very polite employee to just put it on another type of bread, but he said he wasn't allowed. So, I had to get a sandwich just based on the few types of breads available. Next, my son wanted a grilled cheese sandwich. Well, they don't have the bread for that, either. At least they put it on sourdough for me. Lastly, there were only a few cookies, etc. to choose from and none of them were displayed. I would've expected this kind of nonsense during COVID, but we're only a few days away from 2024, so this is pretty frustrating.

I ordered a large soup to go and when I received it my large soup was turned to the side almost upside down. None of the staff smiled...they just wanted me to order, pick up and move on.. The white customers are treated better than the black ones...even though they are black workers.Ms Stanley

I ordered broccoli cheddar soups and steak and white cheddar sandwiches, and the meat was so chewy, literally inedible. It's unacceptable for already overpriced food. I am done with Panera, especially since Chipotle is across the street, and I know exactly what I am getting.

The nasty employees were just horrible to me and multiple other customers who refused to give me and others refunds after finding a knots of hair in my daughter’s soup. I proceeded to ask the manager about it and said ‘May I ask a question?’ He proceeded to yell ‘Ya already did. GONE’??? Let it be known I did not make any rude remarks, unnecessary requests or anything of that nature. I simply wanted a refund for hair in soup and a missing grilled cheese. I do not think that is too much to ask. And multiple other people were disgusted at how they wanted to not help with missing items, horrible management, and the fact that nobody wanted to help us. Myself and multiple others will be reaching out to corporate about this situation.
