I visited Shake Shack today @ Perimeter Mall on my lunch break and had a fantastic experience from the time I walked up to pickup order MJ, the manager and associate Coli were accommodating, welcoming, and professional. I haven’t received 5 star service from a restaurant or establishment in a while so nice to still have caring people who actually care about there reputation and job. I highly recommend and ask for Coli or MJ say hello ? and thanks for everything

Good burgers, you can customize them using their kiosks, I added avocado and it was very good, they use brioche bun so they aren't dairy free. Email receipt available, quick service but slower than McDonald's or Burger King.

I like the burgers here, so I go there sometimes, but for some reason this time, the burgers were a lot smaller and the patties inside seemed to be about half as thin. I don't know if it was just this part or if they overall reduced the portion size for the price, but I didn't want to eat a burger like this again at this price.
Great food but a little slow
Food was great but the restaurant is very dirty. The screens you place your order on are disgusting. Staff very unfriendly and low-key depressing.
