When I arrived the employee was smoking a cigarette at the door. And then she quickly rushed in and started taking my order. She did not wash her hands after smoking before preparing my smoothie. Really disgusting. Please WASH YOUR HANDS at minimal.

I’ve been here twice now and both times were pleasant experiences. Same staff. On our second visit the woman working greeted my baby with a surprise mini smoothie (strawberries and ice) it was very thoughtful and sweet. I’ve enjoyed every smoothie I’ve had here. Great service, a very clean atmosphere (the lady is constantly cleaning), and my smoothie was finished before I was ready for it. I had special requests (ingredients withheld/additions) and they’re made right every time. We will be back!

Qiana was AMAZING! I picked up two smoothies today and was not disappointed. She worked so hard to get all the orders of a very bussy rush done and she did it all with an amazing smile and made the wait seem like nothing. She greeted every patron and was so frienedly! I cant express how she well she did her job. MADE MY DAY. The smoothies were fantastic and she got it done in the time frame that was given on the website for pickup. I am thoughly impressed. Qiana deserves a RAISE.

I tried to order the Carrot Kale Dream smoothie, which isn’t listed on the physical menu but is still available in the system and on the online menu. It seemed the employee helping me was new, and they were reluctant to let me order it—even after I mentioned it was still in the system. I understand training takes time, but it would help if staff were better informed about items that are still active, even if not displayed.

Terrible. Smoothie was al ice and not edible. Cashier was blasting music and I was not able to hear myself think. He also doesn’t prioritize orders correctly - I waited almost 15 minutes for a smoothie that sat in the blender as he helped other guests. Do better Smoothie King.

The smoothie is really amazing. I picked the strawberry kiwi one and it is delicious. The service is also amazing. I picked the small size and then in the middle of the process of him making my smoothie I changed my mind and asked for the medium size. He said of course and even though we payed for the small size he said that we don’t have to pay extra. It was really nice of him and that made my day. The atmosphere is also chill and the wait isn’t long. Thank you!!?
Never visited this location before and was so frustrated by the lack of employee motivation. People were piling up at the counter and wait area and the guy appeared to be working on mobile orders only. One girl was counting the cash drawer and ready to clock out and no cares about us. Last two visits in the area to SK were over 30min waits. Not acceptable.

Kedar Davis is one of the best smoothie king chefs there ever was! I drive a couple extra miles to go to this smoothie king just for his flawless smoothies because most smoothie kings especially the one close to me on Roswell road is extremely inconsistent and it gets frustrating. Highly recommended this location!
