Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Went to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had a party of 8. Hour wait...no problem. After the hour, they call us to the counter and ask if it's OK if they seat us in two booths where the two four person groups couldn't see or talk to each other without getting up and walking around to the other booth. No, we wanted to sit together.....oh, they don't have seating for 8. They can add one chair to a table for 6 but that's the best they can do.....and they tell us after an hour of waiting. Terrible front counter customer service. I have been there before but never again. Overpriced and rude. Didn't even apologize....I'm fact she blamed us.

The food and cocktails were great. There was a lot to choose from on the menu. The service was great, the atmosphere was nice and the prices were a good deal. I highly recommend. Definitely a repeat restaurant

Ordered the Crab and Asparagus omelet. It was the worst omelet ever. The eggs were over cooked to the extent of being brown. It was not appetizing looking at all. There was no evidence of crab meat. Unfortunately, I did not a take a picture of it. I refused to accept it and left. Whoever prepared that omelet and had the audacity to think it would be acceptable, needs to be fired! It does no deserve one star

Ordered DoorDash

I ordered the Corned Beef Hash with Scrambled Eggs and an English muffin.

The Corned Beef was legit, none of that canned bs (don’t get me wrong, I love that stuff too).
The flavor was fantastic.

I won’t comment on the status of the potatoes or eggs, DoorDash was slow and that’s not Snooze’s fault.

I will def be going there to try their food next time.

Great way to start your day. The food here is always outstanding and the service is amazing. Marquita was or server and she remembered our names after introduction and used them each time she returned to the table. Timur is the GM and came out to check on our experience. This is the place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch!!!

The food was good, my mimosa was great! The customer service outstanding. I can't remember the managers name on duty but she sent us a free pumpkin pancake due to us having a short wait when we arrived. This was unexpected and she didn't have to do this but it was much appreciated and the pancake was delicious. I'll definitely order one next time.

Likely the worse service I have ever had. The food was subpar too. Just disappointing as we always look forward to Sunday Brunch. Go elsewhere.

Excellent experience here for breakfast before attending the Cowboys/Falcons game. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the vibe was perfect for Sunday morning. I had the jalapeño omelet with a side of French toast and hot chocolate. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Leoh was our server and he was attentive and great. The GM Timur checked in personally and was a wonderful host. The food was AMAZING. The pork belly is dangerously good. The pancake flight phenomenal. It was a great experience overall.

Dani and Donna were amazing,the food was flavorful and the vibe was perfect on a random Thursday morning. I’ll be bringing my gf back real soon.
