Beware going to this location after 2:30p….each time I got around that time I’ve spent over 20mins in line. I’m not sure if they are short staff or what.

I ordered a caramel latte as usual. Today's taste was almost same as the sweet milk with coffee flavor. Staff does not follow or was not trained to stick to the recipe of starbucks who must have it.

The food is overpriced, and they tacked on an extra fee, even larger than what I paid for, and refused to cancel the shadow bill that shouldn't have been there.
Use cash, not debit card, or they'll place additional charges on your card.
AND I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THEIR FOOD!

I come here everyday after work for my usual Choc croissant & venti mango dragonfruit lemonade. I always ask for light ice… and it depends on who’s there if my order will come with light ice. My drive home is 1 1/2 hours long… I would like my drink to not be watered down OR gone by the time I hit the highway :( overall 85% of the time I have a great experience! :)

I’m a frequent visitor at this location and the service is usually good unless dealing with gabby. She is extremely short and rude, almost like she hates her job. Whether I be inside or through the drive thru, her aura is always terrible. Give the job to someone else if you don’t enjoy it

Should probably start giving your employees more hours, where they could have enough people for the crowd that you guys get throughout the day. 3 people to a floor when there’s a rush makes it stressful for not only the employee but the customer. Do better.

Rudest customer service Everytime. Middle eastern older lady at the window is rude and never greets anyone. She is dismissive. Handed me the wrong drink and wouldn’t give me my correct order unless I came inside.

Went there this morning and asked for something strong. They recommend an espresso with a double shot and of course they charged me extra for the double shot, which I was ok with as song as it was what I wanted but received the worst coffee I have ever had. Barely tasted like coffee, it was so sweet and couldn’t tell if it was coffee or straight up oat milk with syrup. So disappointing!

I hadn’t been to a Starbucks in a while and Ian (spelling?) made a great recommendation to me for a drink I had never had and it was perfect. Mikel (spelling?) made the drink and it was delicious and they offered us reusable straws to go with them. It was an overall excellent experience.
