My first time going to this location, a bit disappointed, the coffee's were made right, but the bagel had no cream cheese even tho I had asked for it and the sandwich was not made at all, I had to ask them to make and they seemed to be in a rush to get it done and in my hand so they could be done with it. I get its Thanksgiving but they still had enough time to make it right since I ordered ahead of time.

This morning I came to get my coffee, but I waited almost 10 minutes and no one took my order. I had to leave because I was running late for work. When I came back during my break, one person saw me in line and started sweeping the floor instead of helping me, until another lady came and took my order. I don’t understand why he did that to me.

Temporarily closed without explanation and workers inside hanging out while customers stand outside upset. Not acceptable
Another location messed up on my coffee order. I stopped by this location, deprived of my morning coffee. Gabby listened to my issue and remade my drink to perfection -- without issue. This sleep deprived mom and furloughed government worker needed both the caffeine and the kindness.

This location is dissapointing. The restrooms are closed well before the actual store closing time, with no appropriate signage or notice to customers. Instead of simply informing us politely, staff members have chased us down to tell us not to use the bathroom. This is not only unnecessary, but extremely unwelcoming — especially to regular patrons who support the store daily.
What’s worse is that the manager has been present during these incidents, and rude baristas have even opened the door to bring it to her attention. Yet nothing is being done to address the lack of courtesy or proper customer service.
It feels as though Starbucks at this location is happy to take your money, but unwilling to provide even the most basic level of service and respect. For a company that promotes a welcoming atmosphere, this is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

I usually always come to this location. However after today’s visit I won’t be back. I love Starbucks and look forward to my coffee in the morning. They forgot my whipped cream. I ordered the secret menu and the drink was not good. I’m just over it. For the prices I want my drink how I like it please and thank you.

We pre ordered our drinks and we got them and realized one of them had a spill so we asked them if they could make us just one new one and they said no they can give us another cup. we wanted it to be re made because we were waiting there for at least 10 minutes to seee if they would remake it and so we were losing all of the drink so we wanted it re made. we talked to a lady then qe talked to the manager Lincoln who was very rude and only gave us a cup when we were losing the drink. awful experience they were not accommodating at all and not good at communication when the girl said she was ganan make a new one for us

We love this location!!! Excellent customer care & communication from the moment we walk in till our order is in our hand! There’s a sheer difference in service here verses the one at the Perimeter Mall or the one on Roswell road near Trader Joe’s.
