The service and food is okay but the remodeling is heartbreakingly terrible as someone who used to come here every weekend. Far noisier and more claustrophobic than the big open space it used to be. They also made the seats FAR more uncomfortable than the old ones for some reason post-remodeling, which is pretty anti-customer imo; I took one seat and I decided I’m never coming here to work again. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to grab a coffee, chill out and work, I recommend looking elsewhere i.e. ChocoLatte in Decatur—this is a Drive-Thru Starbucks.

Unfortunately, rather than providing helpful and respectful guidance, they were unprofessional and dismissive, which greatly impacted my experience. GOOD. Thank goodness for this store. After getting really poor service and a terrible drink from another Starbucks north of here, I stopped by this store to see if they could help remedy my situation. The staff was very friendly and eagerly made me a new drink. They were very sweet and made sure they got it right before I left. Before they even made my drink I had full confidence they knew what they were doing. I tipped them all the cash I had (wish it was more) and went to work. Completely turned my day around. This location usually gets my simple one drink order wrong, I’ve watched a barista pour out espresso from my iced macchiato because they didn’t leave enough room for cold foam!!!!!! Today was the worst, their nitro cold brew is absolutely horrible. This location is serving RANCID NITRO COLD BREW. I even went inside to have it remade because maybe it was regular cold brew by mistake, NO they are just serving rancid expired nitro cold brew and not listening to customers when they say it taste LIKE GARBAGE!
