The staff at this location does NOT know how to make their sandwiches. They do NOT know what goes in each one. Complete waste of time and money. I ordered a B.M.T 6 inch which is one of the easiest sandwiches to make and I got a chicken sandwich the first time and I REORDERED IT AGAIN and got meatballs the second time.

I was there last week and was given spoiled olives. You can clearly smell they were bad yet they were still put on my sandwich. I got sick from the bite I did actually swallow. i had to though out my entire order and didn't get to eat lunch. The olives had a white film on them which I have pictures of.

Went to grab a sub, and employee was in the bathroom. She walked out of the bathroom and then proceeded to try to make my order without washing her hands.

The bread was burnt. I told the person working at making my sandwich that and he argued with me saying that is always how it looks. Won't be going back to this one again!

Stingy with any ingredients. Asked for more pickles and olives and instead chargers me an extra 1.25$. Literally only put 5 pickles on it and barely any olives. You buy these ingredients in bulk at a super low cost. Doesn’t make sense to treat these ingredients as some specialty extra cost item.
