Food was so underwhelming. The meats were all dry and flavorless. Food came out cold. Only good thing was the fries. Atmosphere is okay, very casual vibe. Service was good, it’s self serve for the most part.

The food is pretty good but I can't eat there anymore because of the deafening screech the metals chairs make on the concrete floors. If the owner bought rubber tips for the legs of the chairs I would probably come back.

One of the best take out experiences that I've had in the Atlanta area. Crispy Shrimp Tako was so good that I kind of wish I had ordered a second one,! Also enjoyed trying the kimchi fried rice and Avocado

UPDATE 4/26/2024 3.5 stars:Ordered to go the Korean Fried Chicken Burrito with kimch rice, and the chicken doble quesadilla. Both were okay, but again it's fried dry chicken.? Lady said they no longer sell grilled chicken option on menu. Crazy! I wish they would have an option for grilled chicken not everything fried.LAST YEAR VISIT:Family comes here periodically. I can consistently say to "never order the fried chicken, fish or shrimp" for your takos or burritos. Typically the fried foods are cold, not fresh and sitting out long. Love the cocktails, sesame fries, kimchi rice.. also, a very pleasant and chill environment. Love Malcolm's personality and customer service.

Takorea was my favorite restaurant for a decade. The sesame fries with chipotle ketchup are incredible.Up until now I only ever ordered the bibimbap. However, it was removed from the menu recently, so I’m forced to explore other options. The burrito plate is also very decent, but there is a big, sad hole in my heart where that banchan gochugoodness used to be. RIP Takorea ‘bap.

Got the Buffalo chicken and spicy pork tacos. Both were not very good. The kimchi side was pretty gross too. Not sure why the reviews are so good.

I discovered Korean tacos at this place. Although others have opened around town, Takorea is still my favorite spot for Korean style tacos. The fries are a must and also try the Nutella banana quesadilla.
Worst of both Mexican and Korean foods. Super Americanized.
