My husband and I love this place, and we order the Açaí bowl at least 3 times a week, however the guy at the front desk is extremely rude, I called today and he rushed me and pretty much said that “they were about to close, so I said can I still order and with a nasty attitude he said “ I guess”, so I ordered my bowl and I politely asked “ when will it be ready” and once again with a nasty attitude he said “ I don’t know”, so I said ummm! 10 mins.. 20 mins?? Anyways, I got there to pick up my bowl and once again, he did not great me, and just had this nasty attitude! We love this place, but thanks to him, we will not be coming back! We are trying to support the small business specially on this circumstances, however I am tired of that guy having a nasty attitude every time we go!

I ordered Vitality Bowl (Acai) on 1/15 and it was mush! Fruit mixed in and not on the top like they normally make it. Acai not blended thick! Mushy! I ordered to go and was in rush and did not check it. Wrong move! Very disappointing considering the price of $15 with additions, over priced but understandable when product made the right way. Bowl did not taste good either as not made correctly. See picture and yes that is how it looked when I took the lid off, did not stir (hate it that way!)! Very disappointing! I do not recommend as product quality is not consistent! If you do go and order to go, make sure you check to ensure your order is right!

Vitality bowl (Açaí) I ordered today and it was mush! Fruit mixed in, not on top! Açaí not blended thick! Mushy! No I did not stir fruit either, hate it that way! I ordered to go and was in a rush so did not check it. Wrong move! Very disappointing considering I paid almost 15.00 with additions. Bowl did not taste good either as was not made correctly. Companies lose business when product not made right all the time! Employees should also take pride in making a quality product. I do not recommend!

I ordered Vitality Bowl (Acai) with additions and it was mush! Fruit, mixed in, not on the top (like previous times and how manager says it should be). Acai not blended thick (again how it should be)! No, I did not stir fruit either as I hate it that way! I ordered it to go and was in a rush so did not check my order. Wrong move! Very disappointing! I paid $14.57 and stupidly added a $1.00 tip! Bowl did not taste good either as mushy acai mixed with fruit, not much acai this way either and not pleasing to the eye. Did I mention acai was not blended thick?! Companies lose business when product is not consistently made the right way all the time! I have ordered this acai bowl other times all to go and there was no problem and it was very good. Was it a training issue with employee? Did they make it wrong on purpose? When I called manager to complain he acted shocked and told me to come back in with receipt. Not sure what will happen but this may very well be my last time... I not sure if I can trust getting what I order done correctly.... Very, very disappointing... Like a previous reviewer said your being overcharged and ripped off and could understand this, if they got the order right! Beware of not getting a consistent good quality product! See picture, looks awful doesn't it especially for the price and NO I did not stir it, just took the top off, hate it that way!

This place is the worst. The first time I went there they skimped on the toppings. I thought let me give them another try and after ordering my food ahead of time they forgot one of my bowls. After I opened it it had honey on it (I am vegan and actually allergic to honey) I told him to please remake the bowl he said he has "Scrapped" the honey off. I told him that's not good enough honey seeps all over and he looked me me and raised his voice and said "don't you see I am busy" so many other things. This place doesn't even respect basic dietary requests. You couldn't pay me to go here. To your reply: Mr Young, I will never be going back to a vitality bowls. You have not only ruined it for your store but for any other store. Even if you offered me free bowls for the rest of my life I wouldn't go back because of the level of treatment I received there. Not only what happened but your attitude the entire time and your hesitation to respect my food preferences was just so off putting I can't bring myself to ever step foot in a vitality bowls again. I don't know if you know how honey works but it cannot just be "scraped" off and the fact that you tried to justify you scraping off honey which I am allergic to, before admitting you should have made a new bowl just shows me that you care more about how you look to the person you CC'ed than my actual allergies. You can keep your 25 dollars. Additionally, i found it very distasteful that corporate didn't find the time or energy to contact me themselves. I hope one day you put as much effort in respecting people's allergies as you to trying to justify "scraping" honey off.

Nice place to get healthy meal/snacks.

Bad food, bad experience. The guys who took my order guilted me over not tipping - this is fast casual and I ordered to go. Food took 20 min. Came out on plates instead of to go, then took 10 min to put it in a to go box (sideways in bag). My colleague and my smoothies both taste bad (I make and buy a lot of smoothies). Tropical paradise has nothing green in it, but there's chunks of green in mine (maybe spinach, tastes like strawberry leaves but I doubt it). It tastes like soggy warm fruit - there's chunks of very soggy strawberries, and that distinct brown banana taste. Just bad. Way overpriced, tiny crappy panini, terrible NOT-FRESH smoothie, poor service, to long a wait.

I really love vitality bowls but every time I come to the Dunwoody location I'm disappointed. I have better luck at the Alpharetta location. I usually order the vitality bowl to go most of the time, with extra granola (which is 75 cents) and each time I order this something is either left off or the added granola cup gets smaller and smaller. This time the granola was already added for me, and there were no goji berries (they're my favorite) -and no offense but I want to see what I'm paying extra for. It's really not cheap, so I'd expect to get every penny I pay for. Hoping this is just a fluke thing.

Worst experience I've ever had a vitality bowls location in Atlanta. I eat vitality bowls multiple times a week and this is by far the most disappointed I've ever been.. I ordered a large vitality bowl and my bowl is half full. I asked the guy working the front desk why, and his response was “because you asked for no bananas”. I order the same thing at every location and I've never had a problem before. He was very rude and inconsiderate about my issue. Also their computer was having problems and I had to wait for minutes after my bowl was ready, to pay, because the computer kept freezing. I will never return to this location.

The customer service was excellent and I was given reconditions based off my palate/what I like. The bowl came out very quick and the superfood bowl was absolutely incredible! A medium was super filling. Will definitely be back soon! SO GOOD.

Man o man, what a disappointment. My wife and I came here because she loves açaí bowls (and because we received coupons from the Dunwoody Farmer's Market). We will be finding another place to take our business. Service was very friendly and it was apparent the guy taking our orders was in training. Totally fine with that! He did not know how to enter our coupons for our order and went to the back 3 separate times to ask another gentleman how to put them in. However, we got there at 9:30 am and did not receive our food until 9:49! We ended up changing our order from dine in to to-go because we had some place to be. I ordered the Tropical Paradise smoothie and the Eggnini panini. My wife ordered the Detox bowl...that's it. DO NOT pay attention to the photos posted by the business owner as to what you will receive looks nothing like them, as they rarely do. My smoothie was good but nothing special. Definitely had better smoothies around the city. The panini, on the other hand, needs some serious work. It was tasteless and all bread. Look at my photo for reference. My wife ordered peanut butter, which is an up-charge, for her Detox bowl, and did not get the peanut butter. We were in a hurry and late for an event so we did not bother to turn around when we left the place. However, she said it had good flavor and got a good size portion. All in all, WAYYY to expensive for the return. Let's be honest here, $15 for a bowl of fruit and açaí is absolutely ridiculous. I'm sure we paid the same in Hawaii...if that tells you anything. Stay away and take your business elsewhere.
