Tacos, Volcanoes and Botana was not that great in taste.
Will we come back again? Definitely not.
First thing, employee was rude when he seated us.
Just wasn't great from the start.
Price on the food was not reasonable because tasted horrible. Even the sauces provided was terrible.
I will do a favor, don't waste your money here.
I decided to try this place because it was almost 9pm and everywhere else was closing soon. I saw they were open until 11pm!
I’m so glad because the food was phenomenal! I took it to go and all of them were seasoned well, tender, and pretty great portions! I will return often!
Carne Asada, Ribeye, and Chicken!
Delicious tacos my only gripe is the little teeny tiny amount of salsa they put in the cups. Even if I ask for three salsas it’s not enough because of the tiny amount and they don’t give them all to me anyway. Would be better if I could either pay for more salsa to get enough so that my food is how I want it or if they had a salsa bar it would be perfect.
Tacos were great. Service was okay. Atmosphere was really bad, very loud music.
I visited with my family, including our infant and toddler, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t what we hoped for. The moment we walked in, we were overwhelmed by extremely loud music, it was nearly impossible to hear each other. The indoor seating area is quite small, and with the volume so high, we knew it wouldn’t be suitable for our family.
We asked to be seated outside, where the music wasn’t quite as overpowering, and noticed other families with small children had the same idea. However, it was still uncomfortably loud. I politely asked the hostess if the volume could be lowered outside, but she responded that they couldn’t find the button to turn it down, which was really disappointing.
We had high hopes that this would become a regular family spot for us, but sadly, it just wasn’t a good fit for a relaxed family outing.
Don’t go with small children.
We started to head to a different Mexican restaurant and saw this on the way and decided to stop. I'm so glad we did. Everything was delicious! The fish taco was great and I especially loved my mezcal margarita. I think the price matches the value, especially compared to some of the mediocre options in this city. I can't wait to eat here again!
If you’re in the mood for tacos de trompo similar to the ones you find in cdmx, look no further! This place is SOOO good!! The corn tortillas are delicious and the churros and chocolate sauce are the bees knees! Omg don’t get me started on the agua fresca de pepino, what a delicacy! I was super impressed by Wahaka and highly recommend checking it out for yourself!💜
We will definitely come back. We love the experience. Everything was so delicious!
Authentic tacos al pastor!! And Lluviana was great too.
Finally got to try Wahaka and it did not disappoint. The agua de pepino was so refreshing and not too sweet. Loved the platter of salsas, some were actually spicy!
We had the carne asada tacos and the corn tortillas tasted homemade. The churros were crispy and not overly sweet, and the chocolate sauce tasted like Abuelita ( in the best way.)
The music was great and the vibe was fun but relaxed. Also super toddler-friendly. our two-year-old crushed his chicken taco and the radishes. We’ll definitely be back!
