I was in there this morning and had a great experience,one of the employees come up to me and ask how everything was, that alone made my trip there very awesome.i would like to say thank you Khaila Newman for going above and beyond.
As a frequent customer, I absolutely believe that Courtney’s positive attitude and initiative help keep the service running efficiently. The food quality is usually satisfactory, but there are times when limited kitchen staffing can impact both preparation and service. The principle that “the customer is always right” is emphasized, with a reminder that staff should prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
