We absolutely love Caroline in this location it is in the heart of Ellijay with Incredible occurs and spirits. There's just such fun with her passion for her Distillery and her location. Please if you are in the Blue Ridge Mountains area this is a must visit place. This stuff is natural it is delicious it is done right without additives.....

I’m so glad we found this sweet little gem in Ellijay! Both Vodka’s and the Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur are fantastic. The specialty mixed drinks are a showcase of all their flavors and skills.
We will definitely make it back during our short stay in Ellijay

Caroline is awesome, she is the owner and distiller! The liquors and liqueur she distills taste amazing! She has a wonderful selection of cocktails! She shares fun bits of knowledge throughout the tasting!

Had a great time sampling their selection of high quality and tasty liqueurs. It was worth the experience just to have John explain the difference and history of the development of their liqueurs. Their liqueurs are award winning and you can taste the quality and refinement. I'd recommend their distillery to anyone interested in high quality beverages that exemplify craftsmanship all while maintaining a great value for the experience.

If you’re in town you HAVE to come here. Visiting from Florida. Awesome environment great owners and John behind the bar was an absolute gem to encounter. The liqueur that is made here has changed my opinion altogether. Thanks for the awesome service!

Visited last week for the first time but didn’t want to review before trying some of their recipies: Awesome products from very knowledgeable folks. I have been at many stills in this country (and beyond). Applejay for sure belongs in the first tier. Cheers and keep on ‘stilling!

It was an all around great experience. I really enjoyed tasting what they produce, and the history lesson that tied to each of the different alchahols.

Such a great place! Seems like a mother and daughter owns and runs it. We had a great tasting of different types for each of our different tastebuds, and both of us ended up buying bottles to take home and enjoy. They’re very knowledgeable about brewing processes and regulations, and due to the nature of the place everything is organic. We’ll be back next year, and we’ll definitely be voting for them for best product in Georgia!! Only ‘downside’ is the free tasting got us more tipsy than expected so eat first haha
