Stopped in for a quick iced tea and to check the map for directions. Bathroom was a bit messy, one of the kiosks was taking orders with no way to pay. Had to stand inline twice. They have really reduced the staffing model, seems like chain wide. We leave saying we’re not coming back or we won’t be having McDs for awhile, but it’s so dang tasty.

My husband went in this morning to pick up his order, he goes a couple times a week and usually no problem. This morning he picked up inside where the manager said his order was never received, said it was a mess up and that the order never came thru and we would have to wait for the order to cancel and order again, the order did in-fact process on our side and showed the receipt in the app. He showed the lady and she said she would give him his food for “free” if he left a review. If the order never came through how did they have a receipt with his order information on it?
