2024. The new smash burgers do not fill the bun and that is just burger 101. Also, when you serve it on a gluten free bun if you'll toast it it isnt as likely to fall apart before it gets to the table. Your cooks may not know that.My family likes Ruby Tuesday. My grandson chose RT for his birthday dinner last week. But, sometimes the food takes a long time, or the staff isn't well trained, or (as happens) there are no cooks or new cooks. I've owned a restaurant and I get that these things happen, but, forgetting a side at least every visit, over cooking chicken strips, or bringing sweet tea to a diabetic when unsweet was asked for - those a rookie errors and Ruby Tuesday should be better than that. Still, we like the food and when they are obviously going through some training issues we just stay away for a couple of weeks. They have something that each of us likes and a couple of items that work around food allergies. So, overall - a solid place to eat - most of the time.

We eat at the East Ellijay location and always receive delicious food and great service. My favorite things to get are the sweet potato fries, which are always crispy and never soggy (the best I have ever ordered out), and the strawberry lemonade. We will definitely be eating there again!

The salad bar was a mess. The lettuce was not tasting so crisp and clean. Hamburgers were a greasy mess.

Booths were torn up and in desperate need of recovering. Salad bar was not appealing. Honestly, we would have walked out but we were tired from traveling and hungry and didn’t feel like getting back in the car another place so we settled. Food was just so-so. Server Chris was very nice.

Omg!! From the time we walked through the door my nose was tooted. I was punched in the face by a smell so foul and disgusting reaping from the filthy carpet. We was sat by a window which was also filthy and mold all over the ceiling of the facility. Just nasty. All the chairs are dirty and have some sort of black residue on the back of them. I told my hubby we would just drink our coffe and leave. But I couldn’t even finish it. My skin was crawling. This place should be shut down.
