Atmosphere was a little cooler than I like but everything else was good. Our server OLIVIA was GREAT! she was very friendly, professional and courteous.
Brittany was very friendly knowledgeable. Awesome you name it
Delicious. Attitude of the staff was beyond pleasant. The A/C was not working at its prime. Notices were posted so no one was unaware. However, we found it totally comfortable. Food was great. We came for one member of our party to have coconut shrimp, which they shared was excellent. The other two had one of the new item menus and were favorably impressed. (We ate before we remembered to take pictures!)

Customers have praised the staff for their exceptional service, with servers like Shelly going above and beyond for families celebrating special occasions. The food itself was really good and came out in a timely manner. The salad bar has been specifically mentioned as a highlight, and many customers were pleasantly surprised by its quality, despite some feeling it could be refreshed a bit. Dessert options are considered to be a highlight as well, with many finding them to be to cry for. The restaurant's mobile app offers many deals and specials, making it a convenient choice for customers who want to order ahead for pickup. The bar service is also highly rated, with bartenders like Chelsea providing attentive service, keeping the bar clean and stocked, and serving cold beer and delicious smash burgers. Overall, Ruby Tuesday remains a great place to eat, with friendly staff and tasty food, despite the recent closure of the Foley, AL location.
