Food is alright
The food isn't as good as I remember. I ordered vegetable rice, and they poured ? a whole can of ? corn and string beans. Smh, I asked if they could trade it out, and they said no because I taste it. I asked if they could trade it out for plain rice, and he said, "Let me ask my manager... the manager said that I could but would be charged for it????????

Food and service were very good. There were not very many people there around 6pm on a Friday evening, which was surprising. Only down is the traffic in the marketplace and camp creek. Took us 40 minutes to get out of the marketplace to the freeway. I will avoid the area from now on just for the traffic jams

We don’t live in this area, but were looking for some hibachi after leaving the airport. The food was not that great, the service was horrible, and we were overcharged for our food. My son doesn’t eat meat, so he just wanted 2 sides of fried rice and spring rolls. These people charged us $23.90 for 2 (sides) little portions of plain egg fried rice. When we questioned the waiter he said it was because we had hibachi. What! That was absurd! We go to hibachi restaurants all around Atlanta and never has this happened. We will never come back here again, this place is a joke. Then they automatically add gratuity for
their crappy service. I see why it was barely anyone in there, that should have been our red flag to go elsewhere. Do not go here, you have been warned.

I recently dined at Kiku East Point, and unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. The food lacked flavor and left much to be desired. The vegetables were mushy and unappealing, and the shrimp was underwhelming. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope they can improve their dishes in the future.

It was super at Kiku on a summer day, they had off the air conditioner until my daughter and I start fanning with the menu then they turned the AC on smh I'm surprised nobody said anything. The servicer didn't assist us during our visit so he received no tip

This place has completely fell off. The service was horrible. My family had hibachi while I just ordered a sushi roll. They were almost finished with their food before I received my scorpion roll. I had to get up twice to bring it to someone’s attention. The young girl at the front had an attitude as well as the older lady. It’s ridiculous that they had a whole show and watched food get cooked and were almost done eating before I got my roll. Sushi is already prepped. When I asked for the server to rectify the situation or take off the gratuity he was upset and refused to do so. The food also made my whole family sick so something wasn’t kept at the right temperature! I will not ever patronize this place again!

I can't put into words how horrible this place is , The server was very rude and not to mention the food isn't good at all. But seeing the aera then in I guess they figure we don't know good food or good service. there is so much I can say about this place but I will leave it up to you to find out ( the readers) but in short I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place you'd be batter off going to Benihana least the food is good there.
