We were having a catering they had everything from the food utensils chafers ice drinks ready early with a smile Ms. Nikki the mgr and her crew that worked Friday sept 13 were excellent I want to give them 10 stars instead of 5

I always loved the olive garden but this time I was a bit disappointed. We were greeted and seated and brought warm bread sticks, which were good just a little too salty for me. my son enjoyed his spaghetti & meatballs. While I couldn't eat much of my dinner which was a shrimp alfredo with broccoli I took it back to my hotel only to heat it up and taste how bland it was. None the less dinner was great.

I place an order on line today on the to go Side to be ready at5:55 today. I was charged for order but when I arrived I was told I havent placed an or her when I had a transaction place at 5:18. Worst Olive Garden ever. They need to get new management. To go area is the worst a dirty this place could use a real nice deep cleaning. Health department where are a where are the hair nets at time you open the door to the kitchen I seen no one with hair net an so much playing a talking they can’t even find your food.

The food is delicious in this place. The waitress named Nemo was kind but very inattentive. The service was terrible. She never took the dirty plates and the cheese fell on the table and on my husband's pants and everywhere. She never offered more salad or bread. She did everything quickly. In two weeks I have come 3 times and today was horrible.
