Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This was the best experience I have ever had at Olive Garden , it wasn’t the food , it was the service , our waiter Grayson , is very kind ,respectful , caring, fast , always had our refills before we could ask. He said yes ma’am , no ma’am , yes sir , no sir ,And he listened to our request and our food came out perfect , Best waiter at this location .

The server Ashley is amazing. So attentive and patient. We came from the terrible service at red lobster next door and they were on it. The ambiance the food the personality. It’s hard to believe the companies are in the same parking lot let alone categories. 10 out of 10 would always recommend

Raevyn service was outstanding. She did everything in her power to make sure that my experience here at Olive Garden was superb. I think she just started and she already deserves a promotion. THANKS, RAEVYN!!!

I went out to eat at Olive Garden and had a really great service starting from walking in and meeting the host. Initial there was a 20 minute wait but she was able to get us in within seven minutes. Once we sat down, we had a waiter by the name of Cece, who was very knowledgeable about the menu, provided recommendations, was very attentive, although she had several large tables and it was very pleasant to deal with the whole time. I will definitely come back and request for her services in the future and recommend she gets a raise.

What a disgrace of a visit to this restaurant. There were more employees than tables, yet our server was so bad and slow that we literally almost got up and left. With how downhill things kept going, we should have left at the beggining. This server has no respect for herself, job or owners of this restaurant. Management is non-existent at this location. Take your business somewhere else.

Haven’t been to location in a while and I don’t remember the chicken fettuccine being that bland. The chicken was fine, but the sauce had virtually no salt. I was shocked. Even another lady sitting at another table was doctoring hers up, so I knew it wasn’t just me. But the mozz sticks and salad were on point as I remember. What stuck out to me the most was service. Ashley, my server, was an absolute joy. Very accommodating, very attentive, very sweet. So the reason for 4 stars was the bland main dish.

Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant and this one was very good. Service was exceptional, being very attentive. Employees were very accommodating, courteous, friendly. I was told I had a half hour wait so I visited the stores very nearby. They took my phone number and texted me when they were ready to seat me.

Everything was amazing except the service the waiter kept forgetting who ordered what so I ended up ordering the chicken fettuccine without the broccoli and my sister ordered the same thing except she wanted hers with broccoli and the waiter end up giving me my sister‘s order and gave my order to my sister. We were a big group. All of us was family and so even down in the other end, it was some mixups as well so but I’ll keep coming back to Olive Garden because that’s one of my favorite places.

Our server Promise was outstanding! She was fast, friendly, honest, and kind throughout the whole experience. The food was amazing, atmosphere was clean and beautiful, and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend coming to this Olive Garden with friends and family and make sure you ask for Promise to get the best service!

I was with my family to celebrate my cousin's graduation. When we arrive, we were told that the wait time was an hour and some change. After waiting for 2 hr and no communicative of the situation by the staff, we were curious as to when we will get a table. They said that we had to wait for another 30 minutes or less. Half of our family had to leave due to the amount of time waiting and getting the attention we needed.
