This drive thru takes (no exaggeration) anywhere from a minimum of 10-35 minutes to move 6 cars through the line and the last time I went it was 25 minutes from the time I ordered to finally make it to the window (2 cars ahead of me). My ice was melted and I was behind schedule so I ended up to to the one in morrow to get them to remake it for me. Ridiculous.

The worst run SB I have ever been in. At least 8 people behind the counter and 1 person in front of me and takes 10 minutes to get a simple coffee. 3 day in a row. This place is begging for a time work study!

Unfortunately, this location is severely understaffed, leading to inefficiencies with long wait times and incorrect orders. This store used to be ~normal~ about a year ago, but I have recently noticed things going down hill. I hope Starbucks can provide some support for this location! They desperately need it.

Went in today around 3pm ordered a caramel mocha the barista got upset with me for saying that the drink was wrong I didn’t ask for a refund but she gave me some chocolate drink with an attitude and told me she couldn’t fix the drink but she can put caramel drizzle on it. Don’t get attitude with customers and actually be kind would be nice.

I visited the Starbucks at 3507 Camp Creek Pkwy, East Point, GA, and had a distressing experience. While quietly working on my website, the manager approached me and asked me to leave without any valid reason. The interaction felt intrusive and carried undertones of harassment and racial profiling. This incident has left me questioning the inclusivity and customer service standards of this location.

I go here almost everyday, sometimes i got a big order with 9-10 drinks, then i asked for a packed drinks for long drive, then a girl today said no that make me feel a disrespected and racism attitude. I did not know her name. Felt so bad man!!!. There were many good experience before when i ask For packed drinks. But, never again!!

So disappointed in this location.

I understand being busy and I don’t mind waiting, however waiting over 25 mins for 2 drinks is extreme. Especially for a coffee shop. I placed my order at 8:19 after being in line for over 10 mins and by 8:45 I’d only been given my food items (see receipts posted).

Then when I requested a refund, she walked away, made one of my drinks then came back and said she’ll refund me for the other drink.. all while waiting another 5 mins… this ordeal cause my daughter to be late for school and me late to my appointment. Very disappointed in the lack of respect for people’s time.

Never in my life have I ever been to a Starbucks during the holiday season that stays OUT OF the holiday drinks. It’s the busiest time of the year for Starbucks. Literally they were out of the holiday drinks at the START of December and basically gave a “we don’t care” attitude about it. Half the time the drinks aren’t made correctly either. Mixing milks is a health issue and could potentially cause serious harm. Poor management. Staff is nice enough but to be out of stock of things constantly at peak season? I used to work for Starbucks. It’s poor management. Make your inventory reflect the foot traffic of your store! It’s bad that this is the only franchised Starbucks in East point but you’re better off giving your dollars to the target one. They at least have drinks and a positive attitude.

If you are in a rush, or don’t have an hour to spare waiting for a Frappuccino, do not come to this location. They are extremely slow and inefficient. Never again.

The drive through service was great, but for the fourth time in a row now my chocolate croissant was either cold in the middle or incredibly stale. I’ve been a regular consumer, but this change is unacceptable for the price point. Incredibly disappointed in the most recent quality of croissants.
