Hello, I would like to share what happened at this Starbucks location. On December 29, 2025, at around 12 PM, I was waiting for my coffee when the power suddenly went out. About 2 minutes later, a woman came out yelling that we all had to leave because there was no electricity and the store was closed. She was extremely rude and very disrespectful.

Even though we were just waiting for our drinks, she treated us as if we were doing something wrong. Her tone and attitude were very aggressive, and it felt like she was kicking us out. It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

I understand that losing power is not the staff’s fault, but customer service and respect are always important. I hope this issue can be addressed so customers do not feel mistreated like this in the future. Thank you.

We placed an order thru the app and tried to change our order while going thru the drive thru line. We were told the drink was already made and could not be changed. So we ordered another drink to be added to the order. Then we were treated with extreme rudeness when we asked for the drink that we ordered originally. We paid for it already! It was not in fact already made. And the woman at the window just stared rudely at us when she finally gave it to us. I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessional behavior at a Starbucks before.
