This is one of the Starbucks in Atlanta that are ridiculously slow. They need to hire more staff here you sit in line for 45 minutes for one thing and it’s not like you can get out of the line you’re stuck.

The workers here do try, but unfortunately, they just don’t have enough staff so every time I come the wait is around 30 minutes and they still get your order wrong.

I've been to a few Starbucks in Atlanta, this one is the worst. Very unprofessional individuals , not customer oriented
Especially the morning shift. I'll get my coffee from Race Trac gas station.

I saw a comment below someone complained about how the drive through takes long. I experience the same thing in the inside multiple times it takes very long to get one order.

I think the same person doing the order for the inside is the same person doing the drive through. My order was taking longer when I tried asking about it the guy that took my order started yelling at me and been very Rude. I told him he can keep the order and I left I didn't ask for no refund cause he was been childish.

Slow service. Incredibly slow drive thru. I've had several issues previously. Currently, I've been stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Now going to be late for my appointment. Do not recommend this location due to slow service.

I placed a mobile order for pickup with 8 drinks, i sent someone to go pick up order and all 8 drinks were gone. so after she inside of the store she was told that they couldn’t find the drinks but the person at counter said that they left drinks sit out until they are taken. I called the store and the lady picked up with the worse attitude ever, very passive aggressive and rude she than says that after and hour of the order being ready the drinks are thrown away. But before the hour was up is when my cousin went into the store to try and find the order and it wasn’t there , so it wasn’t making any sense, than she contoured to say “ well I can’t help you” and just being plain out inpatient that is not way you should treat a customer she should be fired, than I asked her how I was able to get a refund and she told me to just go in the website without giving me any specific instructions. luckily I looked up the customer service number online and that’s how I was able to get a refund. We still did end up ordering drinks and they were just plain out nasty and such a waste of money. This location will never see my money again.
