First of all, we had a great server John. None of this was his fault. We waited all day to come because we wanted prime rib. We showed up when it was time for them to start serving. We got our salad, drinks and bread. Then someone (not John) came and told us we could not get prime rib because they didn't realize it wasn't cooking! We visited on a Friday evening (5/19/2023) after joining the waitlist from the app. We were seated immediately upon arriving. Tristan was our server and she was amazing! She was so friendly and took such great care of us. The food was exceptional on this particular night. The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered and the baked potatoes were delicious. We were really pleased with our visit. We will definitely be back soon and will ask for Tristan!
We received a gift card for a wedding gift. We made plans to travel to the closest one after a Dr's visit where I got a clean bill of health and cancer free. OMG, the Outback in PTC, Ga was amazing. The wait staff was so attentive and we never had to ask for a thing, they were there asking for us. I will never go back to Longhorn, Outback was worth the 45 minute drive. Excellent MGR, All the staff were amazing. Best experience.
