I have come here many times, and it is mixed from being a wonderful experience to being the most horrendous place ever. I have been putting this review on hault for some time. The woman at the register yelled directly into my face from not 3 feet away. I thought she was joking. But no, she goes off like a fog horn at every customer. I'm all for welcoming customers that come in the door but that's not what's happening here. Everyone stops like they're being accosted. Forget having a peaceful meal. This was stressful. My sympathy to her coworkers.
Zaxby's in Eastman was immaculately clean. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. When I arrived carrying my purse and luggage along with a box of books, a gentleman customer greeted me like a neighbor and held the door for me. The staff was wonderful! My order was ready, so I sat down to eat. I ordered a salad, bone-in wings, and unsweetened tea. It was delicious! I would recommend this establishment to anyone. In fact, this may become my go-to stopping place whenever I travel...
