Talking in a complete sentence would help alot with understanding the totaland helping customers. Just saying the word arbys when a customer pulls up us well... yep this is arbys sir. Your deminer was rude over all. Props for the cook for a fresh chicken

i really hope the woman who helped me was just having a bad day, because if that is how she talks to people every day then that is a very sad way to live your life. all over a simple miscommunication, the woman with the short bright red hair was extremely rude to me. i understand having bad days, and i have worked in fast food before, so i understand that it gets frustrating, but i will never talk to a customer the way she talked to me. the man who ended up helping me in the end was very very nice and took my order with no issue. i really hope she had a better day tomorrow or gets better customer service skills.

Not comparing this to regular restaurants, but other Arby's. Some are just better than others, and this was a good one! Enjoyed everything. Service was good. And I love when they cut the beef paper thin!

At 12:05 PM, we got our milkshakes and were to go around to the front door and wait for them to prepare our sandwiches and bring them to us. Meanwhile in 95 degree heat and plenty of sunshine our shakes are melting. BTW there are 2 cars in the parking lot other than us, definitely not busy.

I ordered the half pound beef and cheddar for me and a Angus cheese steak large fry and large coke for my husband. His was absolutely completely sloppy and the bread was mushy, (I live a mile from them) the crinkle cut fries were rock hard, my beef and cheddar was cold. We have given this Arby's 3 chances to do better. This was the last chance. We have ran out of places to grab a quick meal from here in town. He threw away his food that's how bad it was

The food is OK but way too expensive. There's never anyone in the drive through but if you eat here a couple of times you'll understand why. Need to hire better workers and manage them better. People don't eat here not because of the food I mean the price is a bit of a turn off but the reason people don't eat here is the service kind of sucks. Nobody ever has a bad attitude but they just don't seem like they have ever been trained that's a management problem. It seems like it's everyone in the buildings first day every day and if you go through the drive through you get pulled up and told to wait even when the place is empty they won't let you wait for the food at the window. I've had to wait so long there that I thought they forgot about me. But the food is usually pretty good

Went to drive thru yesterday and no one would take my order. I pulled away to see the employees playing around in the parking lot, on my way to neighboring Zaxbys where they were actually working. This store really fails on Arby's standards.

Went to the drive thru and I ordered a classic roast beef meal. Got the beef n cheddar meal it was cold fries cold . Not good customer service. And when you pay over 10.00 for a meal it should be right and your food should be hot as well .
