$7 meal for the new garlic Buffalo boneless wings. inedible due to extra crispy overbreading and the meat was thin and gristle.
Hoping for a credit and thinking only a salad may be acceptable If the chicken has become like that
love my job, come in for lunch anytime.
Customer service is less then desirable. Cashiers seemed,more worried about talking to their friends and trying to let Them cut in line. Kitchen staff and food made up for it though. So maybe retrain front counter cashiers on quality customer service to improve customer satisfaction

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is the most consistently good fast food restaurant in the area. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, the order is always correct, and they never forget your sauces. There are always smiling faces and great customer service. The manager on duty is very professional, leads by example, and keeps the restaurant clean and running smoothly. The service is great and super nice. However, the biggest thing needed to be figured out is the consistency in prices, as tap water may or may not be free. Vegetarian options include fries, and there is a kids menu with tenders or grilled cheese.
