Zaxby's is fast food done right. We enjoy their chicken wings meals and get cravings for their salads. I wish they would bring back their Asian Zalad...it was delicious.

Very disappointed in this trip to my once a week zaxbys visit with my usual Chicken cheese Ranch fries but with out the cheese and bacon that was just dumped on top. Quality is not just about portion size but appearance and most importantly that all the ingredients are present.

Overall 3 ⭐ s.Food gets 1 ⭐, because of the portion of the fries, and the fact they were soggy. And not crispy. The club sandwich I ordered was a little on the dry side. And the buns were cold. Normally a sandwich is served hot, or at the very least...warm. back to the fries. The portion was a small size (at best an underfilled medium). When I asked if this was the upside portion size, I was told, "Yes. Thats our medium."The service gets 4 ⭐ s, because the staff were friendly and courteous.The atmosphere gets 2 ⭐ s, because it was a bit stuffy in the seating area. While the AC was on, the constant traffic thru the doors made it so that the AC was fighting to keep up.All in all, I was not too impressed with the food. Despite lacking an adequate portion size.All in all... I am on the fence on returning for a 2nd chance.
