I usually get these sliders and never before has the chicken not been big enough to fill the tiny bun. Generally the chicken piece hangs over the edge, but not this time, completely contained and half the bun with nothing between it. Plus it was hard like it was nuked till there was no moisture left in it. I'm out here on the road and I am on the edge of not getting Arby's anymore. It's like back and forth with good and bad Arby's experiences. I get it, it's a cheap item, but considering I get 2 sliders just about everytime we go through a truck stop with an Arby's. I get the gyros too, but I try to reserve that for Arby's with good reviews because the value of those can be wildly different between who makes them too.

Customer service doesn't exist here, called the three young guys working at the front for cups three times, even raised my voice with them right in front of me and ignored me, I desisted and started complaining here., definitely not coming here ever. Better Nothing!

Sure I get the difficulty of being open 24/7 and you need to take different procedures then regular fast food restaurants, but this is just insane it’s a pretty rare find for me to get what I asked for when I visit.

Was here 5 minutes before “shift change” at 10:25, and was told they would take orders in 15 minutes,
35 minutes later they decide to end “shift change” at 11:00 and they then let me and my girlfriend know that they aren’t serving milkshakes at all..
What a time to be alive. Do not go here if you have brain cells.

the slowest place ever to get food, especially at night. I think the qualifications to work there must be just to breath. expect to wait 25 to 30 minutes to get your food and that's if you are the only customer they have.. it's a bit ridiculous it takes that long to make 2 sandwiches...I eat there a couple of nights a week and it's always like this, other than the wait everything else is ok there

Went through the drive thru today.. I ordered Gyro meal with extra Tiziki sauce... Mind you, Plenty of sauce! Hardly any meat? :(

So i came in today and everything was perfect! Used kiosk to order. They had a lot of workers there. Got order fast. They were nice and store was clean. French dip was very good. Fries were hot. I almost didnt go because reviews but i went during lunch hour. Dont know about night shift. Glad i came in because i was starving.
Floor is covered with food. Counter covered with crumbs. You’d think the drive thru would take orders instead of telling customers it’s closed and to come inside. Disgusted and disappointed and a last resort. Flooding the counter so the drive thru workers can take pictures of the sky. And the manager just making excuses.

The self service kiosk declines my card every single time. I've tried to use it 4 times and each time I've had to have my order taken at the counter. It's VERY hot and miss. Tonight I was told that there would be a 20 minute wait before they could take my order because they were backed up on orders, while two people that appeared to be supervisors were chit-chatting with a Loves employee out in the dining area not doing any sort of work. I don't know where the disconnect is but if you're that backed up on orders that you're turning people away, your condiments and napkins aren't stocked, yet your folks have time to BS out in the public area. I get it if they were on break, but it didn't appear that they were on break to me.
The only reason I come here is because it's the only option for anything late at night. Avoid if you are able to, it's not worth the headache.
However when I do have a chance to order food here the sandwiches tend to be good and the fries have been consistently lukewarm.
