Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has great customer service with friendly and helpful employees. The food is always hot and fresh, fast, and accurate. Customers love the sensation wrap, the new milkshakes, and the chicken bacon ranch fries. The frozen strawberry lemonade is the best. The restaurant is clean and a great addition to Ellabell. However, the brand is disappointing because they discontinued many items like the fried mushrooms with the zesty sauce. They basically only serve fingers and fries nowadays. The fried dill pickles are expensive and the common ranch dressing and other blah sauces do not match up taste wise with the food, other than the classic Zax sauce. The sweet n spicy Chinese type sauce for the vegetable egg rolls and teriyaki sauce for the fingers are not good. The Zax sauce is not made with the same ingredients and gives heartburn. For variety this is not a go to, only for fingers n fries with zax sauce once in awhile.
