The staff provides very poor customer service and are very rude.
On top of that, the portions are extremely small.
It’s disappointing to see a location like this damage the reputation of Subway, a well-known chain with loyal customers. After visiting a store like this, it honestly makes you not want to come back to any Subway at all.

Came in last night on my way to Brunswick Georgia all the way from Alabama and the smell of the store alone made me uncomfortable. I was throwing up and gagging till 4am this morning because of the smell, like it lingered the entire time I was in my car. I don’t know what it was but it was a really bad smell that to behold honest, because of the smell being so traumatizing, I’m no longer eating at any subway. It’s overpriced, need a gluten free bread option, the cucumbers could be peeled, the tomatoes are often bland to where you have to add salt/pepper - even in the summertime, and the lettuce usually looks old at every location. But the smell of THIS store last night, I happily decided not to even order food there last night and I walked out. Like I just wanted out of the store and febreeze or gain scented spray.

Avoid this Subway location if you are not from India. I’ve had multiple negative experiences here.

1. I was charged $16 for a sandwich that should have been $12, and when I pointed it out, they acted like it was just a mistake.

2. When ordering online, the sandwiches arrived with significantly less meat and ingredients, so it feels like they cut corners on purpose.

The staff often speaks loudly to each other in their Indian language while customers are waiting, which makes the environment feel unprofessional and inattentive. Overall, it seems like they look for ways to overcharge and reduce portions, and there is very little customer service awareness. Very disappointing experience.

Tired of being lied to by the employees of this Subway. They tell us that SubKrunch is discontinued, yet another new menu has come out and features it. To top it off, they're constantly talking trash about customers to each other quietly in Hindi. Go to Pembroke instead of here. Others have told me they were rude and I didnt see it until now.

They waited until I asked for tomatoes on my sandwich to inform me that they were out. Now mind you they are located in Walmart! I was told that they weren't affiliated with Walmart. I suggested that they buy some! Needless to say, I didn't take the sandwich.

The absolute worst place ever!!! They don't have the meat separated like all of the other Subway and the meat looks cheaper such as the $1.00 meat in the store. They don't use rubber to properly measure the meat. When you leave your sandwich will have less meat and more bread because they don't like giving out the veggies. Nothing in there is fresh. They are both rude and a rip-off! NEVER ORDER ONLINE JUST GO TO PEMBROKE SUBWAY OR THE subway on 80 also their prices are jacked up high.

Ordered online for a pick up. Wasn't too hard to navigate. Was greeted at the door and they were polite.

Now for the food order. Out of the five sandwiches ordered one was complete wrong. Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and there was no cheese and for some reason their idea of Philly steak is bacon. Yep that's what was in the sandwich. The second sandwich was a chicken bacon ranch and there was this brown soggy piece of I don't know what it was, but it smelled like grease and burnt oil.
Another note, this location told me they do not participate in the coupons, so just a heads up.

They cut corners on all portions. And they take Hyundai orders for over 50 sandwiches. This is greedy and highly inconsiderate. I bet you they don’t give the correct WEIGHT PORTIONS for any of their meats.
