7/26/24 I went inside to pick up an order after work. The cashier asked me my name twice and printed off a receipt for me to sign. I realized when I looked up it was the wrong order. She immediately says " Why did you sign it.?" I'm like lady you work here not me! Plus you asked me my name twice! She did not take accountability for her mistake and tried to blame it on me. She then went and said something to whom I guess was the shift manager for that day and blamed...

I’m pretty sure there is someone new cooking the pizza. It was on point today. Dough perfectly done. Cheese melted perfectly. This is how I like my PizzaHut pizza. Whoever cooked need to get a raise.

Edit: I just realized that the above sentence was from a previous review I did. Ironically, this review isn't too good either. I suggest you just commit to showing your customers that you REALLY appreciate their business. If you give my family's meal to someone else, how about offering something more to show me you care... instead of merely remaking my order and causing me to wait an hour.
