We were excited to go here and get a frozen yogurt to cool us down. The woman working here was not friendly or helpful. I get that frozen yogurt shops can be sort of self-explanatory, but being it was our first time here, I asked what we needed to do (pay first? Or have the yogurt weighed, etc). The worker acted as if we were bothering her, when I went to check out I made a joke/small talk “I guess I’m just sort of easily confused today” and laughed. She proceeded to say “it’s pretty self-explanatory” and explained all of the steps again with a frustrated tone. I did not feel very welcomed here, not sure if it’s because I’m not a local. I noticed other customers walking in and the worker generally ignoring them as well, and going about the interactions the same way she had acted towards me. I get if people have a bad day, but this seemed to be a recurring theme in Ellijay, so we probably will not return.
