Very solid place. Expect a wait at rush time however they text you so you can walk around down town while you wait. Service was incredible. Food was very solid and great choices. It's not going to blow your mind but it's just very good quality and comfort food. Wild rice soup was especially good.

Stopped here only because the place we originally wanted to go to was an hour wait. This place had great reviews so we thought we’d give it a try.
Our waitress was great. She was sweet and friendly. Food was pretty average. It’s wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t great.
The main reason we’re only giving 2 stars is because other guest had their pets with them sitting on laps at the table near by us. The other waitress went up to pet the dog then went to handle another tables food without washing her hands. I get that a lot of people are pet people and treat their animals like “children” but I would think that a restaurant would know better. I’m pretty sure this is a health department violation. I hope you guys teach your staff to do better in the future. I’d also recommend wiping down tables and menus more often. Everything was extremely greasy.

we went to see the holiday lights of ellijay last night and decided to stop by and eat here and it was so good! we had some chicken soup and it was so good that we had to find a recipe and make some today! all the food was amazing and the service was exceptional! the atmosphere was amazing too i loved thay they were playing christmas music. we got some cake to go and they’re so yummy! will definitely eat here again😋

Great place to eat! I got their Cuban with tater tots, the sandwich was very good, really good pickles, tater tots are nice and crispy. Their chocolate cake was delicious too!

We stopped for lunch on our way to a hiking destination and we're very happy with the food quality, frames, and temperature of the hot sandwiches. The service was outstanding. We sat outside, so we couldn't really get a good idea of the atmosphere inside the restaurant, but outside, looking at the shops and the square, was super cute. Great place for good food!

Great spot for lunch; sandwiches are hearty and fresh. Both indoor and outdoor seating. A very popular restaurant off the main square; parking could be challenging, and some folks parked at nearby lot behind the Welcome Center.
We have tried several times to eat here It is always busy . We were there on a Tuesday about 2:00 pm. We enjoyed a burger and salami and swiss sandwich. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and bountiful. Carried home half of the Burger for supper. We are glad we enjoyed after such a difficult time(3 plus years) getting seated.

I love cantaberry! Every time I come to visit Elijay I always stop here whether it’s with my friends or family or fiancé- everyone loves it! The service is great and everyone is so nice. The food is absolutely delicious and wouldn’t go wrong with anything you order
