Last week they forgot my chicken biscuit and drove all the way to work and realized they forgot it. Today forgot my drinks and I had to turn around and come back then they told me to wait in the long drive thru line just to get drinks that were already ready for me. I parked and walked in to get it. Two times in two weeks they forgot something I paid for.

The food is always good here but this location seems to have issues in training their drive-thru employees. The past two times I have ordered here they have been slow getting the orders out and have gotten my order wrong. They are not double checking the orders like they should before bringing them out. I end up having to block the other cars waiting on them to correct my order. It is frustrating.

This was hands down the dirtiest Chick fil A I have ever been to. I travel for a living and eat at CFA often and this was the worst. I could not even use the restroom. Then on top of that, we ask them to make our chicken wrap without cabbage and they informed us that they don’t do that at that location. We received the food and it was cold. Just all around not a good experience, and this is not typical for CFA. Typically CFA is consistent and a safe go to - but not in this case.

Here to just say, Kendall working today 8-2-25 was super attentive to ALL customers. She had it going on, and even kept me updated when my order was taking longer than expected. She killed rush hour lunch today! 10/10 chick fil a nice hire!!!

My large-ish family of 7 wished for more tables with more seating capacity so we could all sit together. Other than that, this location is a solid example of why people love chic fil a: great food, friendly staff, clean dining area, and a play place for the kids!
