After items from my original order were missing from early in the week, I decided to stop and pick them up plus add a few items for lunch. Went through the drive through and had the same issue again. The older gentleman outside handing the food had a serious attitude issue with me. Probably want be going back for a while if I even go back again. I am a huge Chick-fil-A support but not a fan of this location at all!!

Very disappointed in this chikfala.
Wow, had a small 6 biscuit order. They asked me to pull up and they would bring them out to me. I politely said I will wait, and explained last time I pulled up for them I waited for over 15 mins and had to walk back in to get my order. So that’s when Jenna came to the window. Asked me to do the same I explained again the issue with what she was asking me to do and I was in a rush. She said I can give you a refund or you can pull up. Because the one car behind me had mini and they needed to move the line. I said I don’t understand everyone else is here for chicken biscuits, and if you didn’t have them it wasn’t going to make a difference if I pulled up or not. Why not just walk the minis out to the guy behind me if you’re worried about that order so bad?
As she gave me my refund and fused at me my order came up. She refused to sell it to me. This was all with in 1 min time frame. Pure shock, I am still confused as to why any of this happened. All because one order behind me could have been filled? But still everyone inside and out was waiting for biscuits. Receipt time 8:02am ordered and paid with 5 cars in front of me to 8:07 money refunded. Again as she was refunding my money, my order was in the ladies hands behind Jenna.
How bad was it? my 11 year son said, wow what’s wrong with her.
I fully understand if I came through the drive through and ordered 30 bucuits and they asked me to pull up because of the order size or even it I ordered something custom.

Not very nice. When you come choose to come in to eat n they tell you that where you can sit at. We watched them tell a family that they had to move .when the dining room was already packed n no where to sit.Not a good place to sit down n enjoy your food when your out for dinner.
Just keep driving! Drive through was backed around the building, so bad that you couldn't even easily just leave. CFA generally seems like a model of efficiency, but this one didn't seem to get the memo.

I've never been to a bad Chick-fil-A. I have also never had to pick up an order for a party of 40 people. The order was placed 3 days before and was scheduled for 1:30 pm. We got there a little early to enjoy lunch after notifying them we were there for the party order. At 1:28 pm they had the order ready and even offered to help us carry it to the car. All while the drive-through was lined up as at all Chick-fil-A's but moving with clockwork precision. The inside was full and people were in line and placing orders that would be brought to your table in a matter of minutes. 2 people cleaned the dining room nonstop and did it in a manner without disturbing the customers.
You only have to visit Chick-fil-A to see why they are so popular and packed with customers. Oh, the food, I can't say enough good things about the excellent food I always know I'm going to get at Chick-fil-A.
