I've never been to a bad Chick-fil-A. I have also never had to pick up an order for a party of 40 people. The order was placed 3 days before and was scheduled for 1:30 pm. We got there a little early to enjoy lunch after notifying them we were there for the party order. At 1:28 pm they had the order ready and even offered to help us carry it to the car. I love chic fil-a. That being said, this is the worst one I have been to thus far. They are always out of something and don't tell you till you have already paid and get to the window then put you on the spot to pick a replacement item that to me aren't even comparable to what I ordered.
