Went in got bagel minis and a iced coffee and the bread was super stale and the coffee had no dam ice in it and tasted like water seriously no joke terrible experience and to wrap it up the 2 blond girls working there were talking and the customers waiting in line walked out definitely a staff

Went here on Thursday 18th around 9 am. Sourdough sandwich with sausage added was really good. Hot and neatly put together. Red velvet coffee was good too. Young lady at the window was friendly. Drove up and out in minutes. 4stars because so much trash outside.

While they took the other they were not very friendly. After waiting in line for a while once my wife got to the window they had made her drink a medium when we ordered and paid for a large. She politely pointed out the mistake that we understand can happen sometimes as we both have worked as managers in the restaurant business for years. The lady at the window gave the drink back to the gentleman who made it who was visually unhappy with the fact she wanted the amount of drink that she paid for. He then poured that medium drink into a large cup and added much more whipped cream on the top to account for the missing liquid. Then handed it back (couldn't even transfer the order sticker so I'm not sure of our order number) to the girl working the window who asked another girl to hand it back to us. So clearly she knew this was wrong. Sadly we were on our way to work (hence the large coffee) so we didn't have time or we would have walked inside and taken care of this. I'm extremely unhappy with the service and honestly the quality of the drink. I strongly recommend going to Star bucks instead. It's not much further away. Right across the street pretty much.Manager if you read this I would love to be contacted about this.

This dunkin has had its ups and downs and honestly they have been improving recently over the last couple months but I came in with my little boys and was a little shocked at some of the music... not very family friendly (cussing, in many of the songs, not just one). Like I said, I can tell there have been improvements and we come here several times a week. Just didn't appreciate the music choice.
The gentleman working the counter suggested the perfect thing for what I was looking for and didn't even know they carried it. Chamomile hot tea, delicious and soothing. Just what I needed ?.

I absolutely love Dunkin and I would pick it over pretty much anything, except not this location. It is the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. In every way it is bad. The service is horrible, every time I've gone I had to wait at least 15 minutes and that's not an exaggeration. They're always out of everything and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
