Stood at front for waiting nobody there. Saw a server rolling silverware get up and go to back after seeing us. A young lady, happy, energetic came up told us she was off work but would sit us for the server. The server with long black hair(braided to side), skinny, and young looking gave us eye contact when walking by twice. She ignored us. Then a 5 top came up front she immediately went and sat them and took there order even though we had been waiting for her for over 5 minutes. We figured maybe she is just sitting them and will come over, no, she was rude and ignored us. The place only had 6 tables so it was not slammed either. There use to be great service at this place but now it depends on who is working. Also you would think in this time they would have a nondairy creamer for coffee, they have turkey substitute and egg substitutes but nothing without cows milk?

We go there to eat lastnight ordered our food when they bring out the food my son and I get ours just missing my strawberries but my husband they only bring out his eggs and ham. Eggs cooked wrong no pancakes. Waitress has forgot to turn them in. We wait on them. The drinks we got were mostly carbonated water not the soda we ordered my sons tea was thick as if it was days old. My son and I are almost done eating by the time my husband's food is brought out. And on top of that rather than charge us for the plate he ordered she charged him for each individual item he got so not only did we not get to eat together we paid $52 for a absolutely terrible meal. Had to go ask for our ticket to pay for that meal and then had to wait again for my change. All the while you hear the in kitchen area the staff is having a terrific time laughing and giggling. Great have fun at work but do a good job. I will not be back here. There needs to be a staffing in management. Change at this location before it shuts down because if a continues to be ran the way it is. No one is gonna wanna eat there. Who wants to pay fifty dollars for shitty food and shitty service. When you say something to them about your food being done wrong. Or you're not having all your items. The waitress actually acted like it bothered her that we didn't just shut up and eat our food.

Amazing experience! I went to my local IHOP for a late dinner at 10pm, (on a Saturday) and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was still open!
I had some delightful decaf coffee and got the cinnamon bun crepe combo! It was delicious!
Ashley was absolutely SUPERB! Super sweet and very personable! She also recommended the delicious cinnamon crepe!
