This location is large and well-kempt. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our food was served quickly and it came out hot. Coffee was very good. We were very happy with our meal and we look forward to returning in the future.

The greater may have had some sort of challenge which we overlooked as she never engaged with us when we entered...she kept shuffling menus and talked herself...it took a very long time to get seated..we overlooked it however because of her apparent disability. Server was great..food:eggs Benedict was great except I am used to English muffin not cold...Canadian bacon vs ham..altho that was good too. The hash browns were ice cold..I grabbed another server and she quickly took it and microwaved it as I asked and it was perfect.

The server did not acknowledge the fact that she didn’t put my order in, I was left at the table with no food for a while. I was baffled!!. We were a party of 4 and when my order finally came out it was wrong again. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Horrible leadership and lack of experience….

We waited 10 minutes for a waitress and then once we got our food 30 minutes later !Chicken fingers were burnt and fries were too hard to eat and my husband ordered Breakfast, his bacon was like leather and toast was hard as a rock , hash browns cooked on outside and inside was cold and uncooked! Waitress came back one time and I expressed how awful it was and she offered to redo the toast are you kidding me? I would never eat at this place again!!

Food is mediocre but our experience being bad is based off service alone. Slowest service. You wait out front and no one is ever up front as a hostess. Several months ago my family and I went at night and barely anyone in the restaurant and after waiting forever on food we waited forever on our check only to find two waitresses lying down in a booth hidden and playing on their phones. My kids love breakfast food and so we went back the other morning and again the wait was awful with not too many people in the restaurant. Waitress asked us to pay up front because she was too busy. I told her no because no one was ever up front and I wasn't waiting another 20 minutes for someone to walk up there. It is consistently awful service.

First time eating here and won't be back. We were seated in a decent time. While getting seated we went by a table that were waiting for their food. After about 15 mins to get drinks and put our order in they still haven't gotten their food. It took a little time to get our food but low and behold we got our food the same time as the others who were there before us?? I ordered steak tips med rare (didn't get med rare but weren't over done either) but wasn't hot, more luke warm that I did not eat. Steamed broccoli was cold and tasted more like store bought that you heat up in a microwave but needless to say was cold and could not eat at all. Only thing good was the side salad. The rest I gave to my dog. The other person in my party ordered the meat omelet that had maybe a handful of meat and the rest was hashbrown , mushrooms and cheese, which again my dog ate. Third party goer had potatoes and country fried steak that was only thing decent enough to eat. Waited for 20 mins to get a refill that I never got because by the time our waitress came by we were ready to leave and even then I had to get up and ask someone else for our ticket and to go boxes! Waitress at the front told me I had the tops upside down (which is a pain honestly need old style to go boxes that are easier!) and I told her I didn't care it's going to my dog because I couldn't eat none of it anyway. Think she asked what was wrong? Nope! Think we can get service? Nope! We were there for an hour and I only had one drink! Nobody came by to ask if everything was ok? Nobody came by and asked if we needed anything? Nobody stopped by after our food was dropped off. It was not busy at all. I know it's hard being a waitress but come on! Not to even get a drink during a meal is getting pretty bad.
