Not trying to be rude, but the customer service and drink quality at this location really miss the mark. There’s one employee who makes a chai latte every time I order a matcha, and then argues with me about it—even after I started recording myself ordering to avoid confusion. I’m not being mean when I correct her, but it’s frustrating.
Another time, I asked if they still had lavender cold foam, and the barista said, “Unfortunately yes,” rolled her eyes, and told me it would just sink to the bottom like it always does. I don’t know if that’s a complaint they get often or if she just didn’t want to make it, but it was a weird response—especially when I’m about to drop $7 on a drink.
I literally drive across town now to go to a different Starbucks before shopping here. Please train your staff better. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a drink made right or to be treated with basic courtesy.

Coffee Granda was bitter and no flavor. Their coffee quality has gone downhill. It also was $4.55 for a Granda Americana.

Wow usually, the folks here are really good, but today the person that helped me looked so bored that I was even standing there, even though the rest of the employees were very busy.
Secondly, they were having buy one crafted drink at one free today and yes, it’s my responsibility to look at my app, but but I was still in the store waiting on my drink and they refused to give me the second drink for free unless I bought another one so that was a little frustrating. I know there’s rules, but there’s also ways that you can take care of customers if you want too ?♀️.

The staff is very kind. Quick service and the coffee was delicious. My only complaint is where the store is located. Unfortunately, being that this SB is located inside a grocery store, it is not convenient unless you plan to on shopping.

Immediately offered to fix another Starbucks store's gross mistake when I called about the other store refusing to answer their phone, and they're not even affiliated with that store. This location is the only one in town as far as I'm concerned!
Drinks were wrong and had to go and ask for 2 drinks we were missing. The employees acted like it was a problem to make the drinks we paid for but didn’t receive. Won’t be back!
