Wow usually, the folks here are really good, but today the person that helped me looked so bored that I was even standing there, even though the rest of the employees were very busy.
Secondly, they were having buy one crafted drink at one free today and yes, it’s my responsibility to look at my app, but but I was still in the store waiting on my drink and they refused to give me the second drink for free unless I bought another one so that was a little frustrating. I know there’s rules, but there’s also ways that you can take care of customers if you want too ?♀️.

The staff is very kind. Quick service and the coffee was delicious. My only complaint is where the store is located. Unfortunately, being that this SB is located inside a grocery store, it is not convenient unless you plan to on shopping.

Immediately offered to fix another Starbucks store's gross mistake when I called about the other store refusing to answer their phone, and they're not even affiliated with that store. This location is the only one in town as far as I'm concerned!
They were so nice and my chai was great!!!! 11/10 would go again

Drinks were wrong and had to go and ask for 2 drinks we were missing. The employees acted like it was a problem to make the drinks we paid for but didn’t receive. Won’t be back!

Ellijay Starbucks with the drive-through and East ellijay is the best Starbucks in the area when I go to Gainesville when I go to Jasper when I go to Blue Ridge they never get my coffee right but East ellijay always gets it

Yes, this was an almost perfect visit, but there is no standard for their definition of “splash” of cream added to iced coffee. Ordered the same thing (iced americano) at two visits and one had what a “splash” should be (I know from former barista at a Starbucks) and the other was more like a 1/4 cup of cream. The second visit the ice had melted by the time I pulled out of parking lot. That’s okay —- it’s still my drink of choice and will more than likely return before the vacation is over.
